    Technicare Carpet Cleaning
Wonderful! Matt was there on time and was very efficient. Got the job done in short time. I was very pleased with him. Have also used Technicare for other services - window washing and power washing deck and cleaning gutters. Very pleased with every service I have used!

    Travis Stevens Roofing
The representative, Tony, stopped by our home as he was in the neighborhood doing door to door sales and asked to inspect our roof. He concluded that there had been storm damage and that we should ask the insurance to replace the roof. We made an appointment for him to come and talk further with us. When he came to this appointment he seemed very rushed. We had several questions regarding whether there were any other damages such as damage to the flashing. Tony kept avoiding our questions regarding this and would divert the conversation to say that the company would be giving us free upgrades such as a 3-D roof. He went on to tell us that the company would not give us an estimate as to what the roof would cost, that this would be up to the insurance adjuster to determine. He wanted us to sign a paper indicating that we were allowing TSR to do the work. However when we read the paper it said that there was an additional sheet of the "contract" that should have been included but they could not produce it for us at that time. We asked that this paper be sent to us via email before we sign anything. At that point Tony abruptly finished with the meeting and would not answer any further questions for us. He stated that he would have Travis, the owner, email the paperwork to us. As he was leaving we asked if he had our email and he said no, and asked that we text the email address to him. As soon as he left I did text him our email. Later the next day I received a call from Tony stating that we would need to contact Travis to talk to him to get what ever further information that we wanted, including the additional paperwork that we requested. We did leave a message for Travis. He did return the call leaving a message for us to call him back. We did try to call again, however he never answers his phone. As we thought about the interactions we became concerned about the quality and integrity of the company since they could not, or would not, produce the paper work that the contract clearly stated should have been included. We left a message with Travis indicating that we would not be using them to replace our roof.

    614 Exteriors
Keith started by educating me on the aspects I was u sure of or didnt have previous knowledge. He was very responsive throughout the process and made sure all the Ts were crossed and Is dotted. Its obvious, with Keiths passion and energy, that he enjoys what he does and helping people! There are many of contractors you can choose from, but Keith has earned the right as my go to, as well as I strongly refer his service to my friends, family, and colleagues when they need an issue resolved!

    614 Exteriors
I had a great experience with 614 Exteriors. I needed quite a bit of work done and had several other roofing companies submit quotes before I called 614. Keith (the owner) came out and did the quote himself. The quote was at least 15% less than the next lowest quote AND it included more materials and services. Keith took the time to answer all my questions and showed me exactly where my leak was coming from and explained why it had become a problem. He included Ice and Water Shield in the repair ...something the other companies didn't even discuss. The 614 crews were on time and did and amazing job. I have quite a bit of landscaping and they took great care not to damage anything. 614 was on schedule throughout the process and exceeded my expectations in price and work. I have since recommended 614 Exteriors multiple times to friends and family. Great company!

    JF Bakers Sons Inc.
I called this company to take a look at the spot on the ceiling to see if we had a roof leak. I had called a few other companies in the area to come out and they all wanted to perform thousands of dollars of repairs. The estimator from JF Bakers Sons came out and said the issue was an ice dam and while you can do things to the roof to maybe prevent it, you can't 100% prevent it. All of the other companies made the same diagnosis, but NONE said you can't fully prevent an ice dam. They would have gladly had me pay them for a job that may not have even solved the issue. I was very impressed with the honesty and integrity of this company. The estimator also took the time to go up in my attic to make sure there weren't any leaks. NONE of the other companies did that. He also answered everything question I had. If I have need any roof repairs or a new roof, this company will be my first phone call because of this experience.

    Arrow Roofing & Siding
Hired Arrow Roofing in 2018 to replace my roof AFTER the repair they did the year before (2017) actually produced more leaks. They asked for a second chance, discounted the estimate by 10% and replaced the composition shingled portion of the roof. Their estimator, Josh M, came to my home, climbed on the roof, took pictures and confirmed the flat portions (3) of the roof did not need to be replaced. The company proceeded with the work, completed the roof in three days and I paid them. Last August we got a big rain and wind out of the SW and the rain poured into my kitchen, ruining drywall and warping the hardwood floor. I called the company and told them the roof was leaking. They sent a repairman and he got on the roof and said the leak was in the flat part of the roof. I asked them if they intended to repair the roof and my kitchen and the company representative said, "No, you didn't ask us to fix the flat part of the roof." Repeated calls to the company and a certified letter have brought no resolve -- the company has gone silent. From a consumer perspective it is very hard to understand the company perspective. They could have sold me a flat roof replacement. I didn't tell them I didn't want that or wouldn't pay for it. They told me I didn't NEED it. Now it turns out I really did need it and have suffered considerable damage as a result of their negligence. In my letter to the company I said,"Im not a lawyer but if I was I would likely say the plain and ordinary definition of a roof is a covering that keeps rain water or snow melt from entering the structure. When a consumer hires a company to replace the roof they expect the result to be the plain and ordinary definition of a roof. Arrow Roofing apparently subscribes to a different definition.

    Buck I Roofing
We called for roofing repair estimates when we saw water running down from the ceiling in the bathroom when it rained. A couple vendors commented that the chimney cap may need to be replaced but proposed roof repair. We liked Buck I Roofing's approach to repair the chimney cap first to see if that solved the leak problem since that was the likely cause given the condition of the roof. We've had a number of rainy days since then and so far not seeing a leak or additional damage to the ceiling. They were responsive to our inquiries and explained things well.

    Ohio Exteriors LLC
This company is everything you're looking for and SO much more. Every communication I had (and it was a lot!!!) was professional, friendly, timely and made me feel like my concerns/questions were addressed and important. I honestly wish I had more projects that could be done by James and his staff because I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. In all I've spoken with MANY companies and contractors about things that need done and this place was by far the best in regards to customer service and price. Due to Ohio and spring weather we rescheduled my project a few times but I was kept up to date every step of the way and I never wondered what was going on. James is one of the good guys and you won't be disappointed!!!

    Complete Home Services
I claimed a deal for the gutter cleaning service. I scheduled a time with their office associate. They came by in the day we scheduled. One thing I was not wild about is that they did not call in advance of their arrival. typically I like to be home when work is being performed by a new contractor. They seemingly cleaned the gutters well as we just had several downpours and I didn't see the gutters spewing water. I would hire them again as they did a great job for a great price.

    20/20 View LLC
This is the 4th time I have hired 20/20 View to clean my lake house. And each time - everything was perfect. Micrin, the owner, and his crew are professional, punctual, and efficient. They have the latest equipment which is kept in tip top shape. This is a tough job since our lake house abuts the lake and is adjacent to woods and wetlands. It gets filthy over the winter. Today, I feel like I have a new house. Thank you Micrin and crew!
