AMy situation came up suddenly over the weekend. I knew what I needed. I emailed my needs through their website and received a response within an hour or two. I dropped my car off Monday morning. Their shop is clean and orderly. I was given an estimate that was fair and reasonable. I was notified in the afternoon that my car was ready. Everything was as I expected. ALance was both professional and knowledgeable. I have worked with Voss Brothers and Lance several times before, so this did not surprise me. However, the automated lawn mower requires a complicated wiring system be installed first, and Lance did this perfectly. Except for the few small issues that were easily resolved (mower gets stuck on branch) it has worked very well. Indeed, it cuts the lawn much better than I can with the zero radius mower I have AND it of course makes no skid marks, which is important with all the rain we have had

AShawn returned my voicemail promptly, discussed the issue I was having with my riding mower over the phone, and I scheduled him to come and replace the head gasket the following week. He arrived on time, had everything he needed to get the job done, and even sharpened my blades before wrapping up within an hour. My mower is running good as new again. I will definitely use Scott's Repair Service for any future needs.

DIt went terrible. They gave me the day they were available and showed up the day before at the location. Only contacted by phone one time, in which my husband missed the call because he was at work. The location was at a elderly home where we were setting up a room for my father. The home let them in without our permission and he stayed from 9am til around 4pm!!! Ridiculous!!!!! The first 2 hours are $150 and additional hours are $50. He assured me he would give me a good deal since they admitted to mixed up the dates. They charged $300!!!! My mother was so upset. They took nothing off and I do not believe all they time was spent working on such a small job. Shame on them for taking advantage of the elderly and especially during the pandemic. Shame!

AThe modification was quick and simple. The initial installation went over the sidewalk to get that strip of grass between the sidewalk and the curb. Come to find out that strip is mowed by the city where I live (would not have suspected that!). They were able to adjust the boundary line within the week of my request and he even looked over my mower settings to give me some suggestions and make sure I was up-to-date.

AAt Your Door Lawn Equipment RepairBarry is great. He is one of very few businesses who will respond to messages left at their phone numbers. We have used him two times. When you call, he has a message that he will return your call in the evening, which HE DOES! That is such a rarity; to have a business owner actually have the courtesy to respond. He does excellent work from his truck so you don't have to worry about transporting your lawn mower if you don't have the means to do so. We would recommend Barry to everyone. ABuckeye Power SalesAwesome customer service! My husband purchased a chain saw last night, and when he got it home, he couldn't get it to start. I brought it in this morning, and the cashier lady ( very sweet but forgot to get her name) took me back to the service desk. Kaleb showed me the steps of how to start it, but it wouldn't start. Ron came out, took it with a smile and went around the corner and in a couple minutes, got it fired up again. (It was flooded) THEN, he came back ,showed me how to work it. They were SO friendly and genuinely happy to help. I appreciated my visit so much! Kudos to this store! Happy and eager employees are a result of owner/manager treating them right. ABuckeye Mower RepairI have a two stage snow thrower that needed maintenance repair. Russ came to my home to work on my equipment. He performed maintenance on my equipment, walked me through the repairs and how they impacted the operation of the equipment. Now I also know the proper fuel and oil to place in my equipment. He made sure I understood how to correctly operate my equipment and how I can perform basic upkeep. The fee was absolutely very reasonable. This "senior citizen" would highly recommend Buckeye Mower to those who need their variety of services and I plan to call them for other repairs I will need in the spring. AAutmowThe experience has been great. I have had my auto-mower for an entire mowing season and didn't have to pull out my push mower once. The best part is that the mower has such a customization profile I think next year I can manage the landscaping to eliminate the bits of trimming I have to make a maintenance free lawn! Our yard is just shy of an acre. The mower is essentially plug and play, with a bit of yard tweaking as you find trouble spots. I have enjoyed the experience. So far I have had 3 encounters with the company; The quote, the initial installation, and a modification to my guard wire. All 3 were timely, quick, deliberate.- Marc P.
