They did a great job! The finished product looks amazing. I am mostly impressed with the crew (many are employees), the detailed craftsmanship and even their conscientious clean up. The owner, Todd, coordinated the project and had things moving so quickly. As with any remodeling projects, schedules are up in the air- Todd had our project finished in just a few weeks and with fairly good coordination of his crew.

We hired Todd and his team to finish about 1000 sq ft of our basement. We are very happy with how the project turned out, they were very good about working with us to design the layout and finishes the way that we wanted them and had no problem making adjustments to the plan along the way. They made sure that we were closely involved during the process and were quick to fix any issues that arose making sure we were satisfied. The project took a little bit longer than planned but we were fine with that in the context of a pandemic. The project came out exactly how we envisioned and the price was fair. Todd was great to work with and had no problem coming out after the project was finished to help with a couple items after the fact.

In my 122 year old house replacing the drain was difficult, Jeff did a good job making the repair at reasonable price.

    DAVE'S CUSTOM PAINTING
The service was top notch. Dave was very responsive and great to work with. Very personable and easy to deal with leading up to the actual service date. Price was fair, paint price was fair and service was excellent.

The job was done as discussed. They were very professional and well priced because I got several quotes. A big thank you to Todd for overseeing the project. Would definitely recommend them to my family and friends!

We started this project just before the state mandated a stay at home order due to COVID-19 so I knew it was going to be a lengthy process. The communication was good throughout the project. If I had to reach out to them I usually received a call back within 24 hours. I would say there was less than five times I expected someone to work on my basement for the day and no one showed up. It was understandable with the current state of the times. If something was not done to our standard we would collaborate with the project manager to come up with a solution we could all accept. Given the opportunity to pick a company to finish my basement, I would choose them again.

    KULL EXCAVATING
Thanks to Kull Excavating the water accumulation problem that we have experienced for years has been reduced drastically. Even with all the rain Fairfield County experienced this past planting and harvest season, we never witnessed any kind of water accumulation issues.

We have a 33 year old home with two large chimneys in need of repair. Brandon came out, inspected and quoted us for the required repairs. Because we were also having our roof replaced he was able to complete the repairs prior to the roof replacement. The work took two days to complete. We are very happy with the results. JVP provided high quality professional workmanship and we would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality job.

    KULL EXCAVATING
The Pleasantvile Road project was developed into two separate phases. The first phase was to conduct a detailed analysis of the water flow issues and problems. With the outstanding assistance of the Fairfield County Soil and Water Conservation District and through the cooperation of Kull Excavating they conducted field test to determine any conflicts with old tile that had been installed and any problems with the installation of Fairfield County Utilities/Village of Carroll Sewer Lines that had been installed in 2009. Through their careful analysis and survey the County Soil and Conservation mapped out a plan that reflected the direction and depth of the installation of the new tile line to be installed. The second phase included the cost proposal and installation of both ten inch and six inch double wall perforated pipe, along with the establishment of a French Drain to include forty tones of wash gravel at the low part of the field and the sealing of the ground cover. Over the period of the spring and summer season with a reasonable amount of rain the crop production has been outstanding with no water accumulation issues. Kull Excavating thoroughness, careful attention to the mapping details, and the ability to have an outstanding work relationship with County Soil and Water Conservation District has turn this project into a total success. We give them a A - Plus for solving a long term problem that in part was created by outside source.

The project went great even with COVID going on. All of Todd and Brian’s workers wore masks, were very respectful, and did great work. Very happy with the project.
