ACustom Home WorksWe contracted with Custom Home Works for a complete downstairs renovation and couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From design assistance to craftsmanship to simply being nice people to work with, Bill and Dave met every, and exceeded many, expectation. That is a rare thing. We were so impressed with their professionalism, that months later when a malfunctioning shower began causing problems in a different part of the house, we immediately calls CHW. They responded quickly, fixed the immediate issue and then renovated the bathroom with the same level of professionalism and kindness they put in to the downstairs area. You could hire someone else. AMG DrywallI called Manuel after finding his Craigslist ad to do some drywall work in our basement, and he answered and offered to come and give me a free estimate either that night or the next day. He came out that night, provided us with an estimate within 20 minutes, then offered to start the work as soon as he wanted him to! He showed up on the day we asked for them to start and got his crew started, and was in regular communication with me each day, letting me know when to expect his crew to start. His crew was professional and respectful to my home, and kept a clean workspace throughout the process. Drywall dust is not something that can be contained, which we knew going into this. They did such a great job on the project, in fact, that my husband and I requested a quote for additional work to be completed by them! We framed in a bathroom and another wall to enclose a storage area in our basement and Manuel's crew enclosed it all with green board and drywall, as well as installed a ceiling in the bathroom with a knockdown finish to match the rest of our home.- Sarah B.

AGriffey RemodelingHaving worked with multiple remodelers and contractors on two different houses, Charlie Griffey is by far the best I've ever worked with. I have high expectations, and Charlie exceeded every one. Charlie had workers at my house every day (including some weekend days) during my project and communicated with me (unsolicited) on a daily basis. This is unheard of for a contractor. Furthermore, his subs do great work. Charlie was not satisfied until we were completely pleased. He even called later after the project was completed to make sure we were happy. He had recommendations for me that I was hesitant to pursue, but he ended up being spot on. Furthermore, we encountered a delay (in shipping--not Charlie's fault), and Charlie remedied the situation himself in order to stay on track. I cannot say enough good things about Charlie's communication, professionalism, efficiency, or attention to detail.- Caroline S.

ARonaldo and his crew were absolutely fantastic. My friend who was helping me work on the house used to flip homes for a living. He was super impressed by the quality and detail of the drywall that this company did. Honestly, stop looking for anybody else and hire This Crew! We worked with at least a dozen contractors on the seven-month flip. This company was one of the best we worked with the entire time, by far! Their work was outstanding, their prices were great, and they came out right away. I couldn't say enough good things about this experience.

AI've hired RWI to do numerous projects around the house - roof repair, framing, drywall, painting, and most recently basement drainage. For the 7 years I have owned my house, water has always found its way into the basement. Even during the dry season, humidity was no less than 80% with a dehumidifier running 24/7. After talking with Jeff and Carolyn about my issue, they came out to inspect my walls and foundation to make sure there were no obvious structural issues and explained the work that was recommended to get my basement dry. The work involved busting the concrete around the entire perimeter of the basement, digging to the footer and adding weeping tile to collect everything around the foundation. Not only was tile installed, but weep holes drilled throughout every block in the wall to ensure the walls never held any more water. In addition, we decided to add a second sump pump due to the lay of the ground and known amounts of water around the house. Jeff and his helper worked professionally (as they always do) to complete the job correctly and quickly. Since the work has been completed, not a single drop of water has surfaced after numerous heavy rains that would have otherwise resulted in 1/4" puddles prior to the work being complete. And humidity is between 25 - 30% with a much more fresh smell. As always, RWI will be who I call again for my next project. 👍

AI experienced an easy/ hassle-free process when I decided to hire JNG. The entire process went smoothly from start to finish. I sent Joe a message about the work I was wanting done & he promptly responded. After viewing the rooms I wanted painted(I sent pictures) he sent me a quote with details on the the work he would do & breaking down the monies to show how he came to the final quoted amount. Once I chose my paint color I texted Joe to schedule. Joe arrived at scheduled time & politely introduced the 3 men he had with him(Tom, Corey, Christian) to do the job. All worked efficiently together, were polite, and respectful. You could tell how much they take pride in their craft based on their work ethic. Joe even saved me money by being able to fix a seam on the ceiling & repaint only the water stains instead of repainting the entire ceiling. Turned out great!
