    Timeless Impressions LLC
Josh and his "dream team" did a wonderful job building our patio ! They built to our design, and made great suggestions to improve aesthetics and durability. The team worked hard, and put in long hours to get the job done on time - they are all very personable and were fun to have around. During construction I thought of several changes to incorporate, and Josh was flexible and able to modify the work to make me very happy ! Our patio and fire pit are about 1800 ft2, so Josh incorporated extra support footers to insure stability. TI's is very creative, did a great job on our large project, and was careful and protective of our home, yard and landscaping. Visitors to our home have commented the patio looks as though is has been here forever, they've said it is beyond gorgeous, and said it blends in with our house and yard perfectly ! We are very pleased with TI's product and personnel, and would/have recommended them to neighbors and friends.

    Hydra Basement Waterproofing
Excellent! This is the second time I have used Hydra for separate issues and each time they have been the definition of professionalism and promptness. After some heavy rains last month we were left with standing water in our finished basement. Turns out our existing sump pump just wasn't doing the job. After talking with Pat, we had Noe come out to tell us what he would recommend in terms of equipment and labor, then within a week his guys came out and finished the job. I feel very confident with our new sump pump system and my wife and I are excited to use our basement again now that football season is about to start. We have Noe, Pat and his crew to thank. Here is the icing on the cake though, after they finished the job I had them check our downspouts to make sure they were draining properly. Having been in the house about 2 years we have had the gutters cleaned and even had part of our underground down spouts snaked. We were left with a mystery though as to where half the houses down spouts exited our property. Noe and his guys spent at least an extra hour in 90 degree weather digging and determining where to uncover the pipes. When they finally found the termination we all realized that they still needed to connect to the curb, they were 15 foot short! My house is 6 years old and the builder never connected our spouts to the road! Now we have an easy fix to solve the problem and a beefed up sump pump to boot. If it wasn't for these guys going the extra mile it would be all but guaranteed that they would be back out again some time. Peace of mind is well worth the cost.

    CJS Asphalt & Sealcoating
I have noticed cracks in the driveway for several years. Other companies that I used didn't think they need to be filled. This company suggested filling them and explain reasons why the other companies didn't. It was not an unreasonable price and made sense to me at the time. Driveway looks a lot better with the cracks filled in. So I would use them again.

    Mark Rodgers Construction
ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!  Five stars out of five stars.  This is what service should be like.
I called the office and spoke with Anne, who was incredibly easy and NICE to talk to.  Anne arranged to have Mark come out to the house to do preliminary measurements.  Although Anne warned me that all work was running eight weeks behind schedule due to the weather earlier in the Summer, Mark was at my house within three days and the project was completed within two weeks.

    Ace Blacktop Co

The driveway turned out better than I had expected.  Part of the driveway abutted a privacy fence, and I hoped they could get close enough to the fence so I wouldn't have too many weeds sprouting up.  They brought the asphalt right to the bottom of the fence and around a trumpet vine.  There wasn't a scrap of debris left anywhere.  I am very pleased and would highly recommend this company.  I had to leave for the day, but they asked if I could leave the garage door open so they could get the asphalt to meet up with the garage floor.  I felt completely comfortable leaving my garage door open (and therefore the house) while I was gone.  Just a top notch company.  Getting in touch with the company might not be the easiest since you have to leave a message and wait for a return call.  However, this isn't a big deal since most asphalt work isn't an emergency!

Loving Family Landscapes and Outdoor Drainage llc
We had a serious soil erosion problem involving a slope outside a walk-out basement.  The slope was covered by a deck and all vegetation under the deck had died, causing the initial erosion.  As a consequence, macadam at the edge of the deck had caved in, exacerbating the erosion.  James Mugrage consulted with us twice before we settled on a plan to resolve the problem.  This involved a pair of retaining walls with a low-light ground cover behind them, and replacement of the collapsed macadam with concrete including a drain to direct water away from the problem area.  A blocked downspout which had contributed to the problem was tied into the drain as well.
James was easy to work with, very patient, and answered all our questions both before and during the work.  There was a bit of a delay in starting work on the project, which doesn't bother me because I appreciate how difficult scheduling can be.  Once started, the project was completed with no interruptions.  Several times, James approached us about small changes in the plan, all of which seemed well-thought-out and practical.  We are very happy with the results as well as with the interaction we had with James and his crew.  They were all friendly and polite (almost to a fault!), and cleaned up after themselves.  I'd have no hesitation in contracting with James and his company in the future.

    RL Bando Concrete Inc
I wasn't here when they did the work; however, RL was very professional, his pricing was good and the work that they did was good. I didn't have to call them back for any kind of repairs. In fact, I'd called the again for an estimate for another project.

    Everdry Waterproofing
Overall the job was done as they said it would be. I told them i wanted the basement in a condition that I could resell the house...and it remains questionable if the basement would cause issues when I go to sell.

Several contractors couldn't be bothered, but RL jumped right in.  Great work by friendly professionals.  I wouldn't have anyone but RL do my concrete work.  And I"m an engineer, so I know good work when I see it.
