I called at 8:43 am on Saturday 10/3 for a service call. Patty answered and was pleasant. She said they may not be able to get here today but they'd call before they came. At 1:58 pm on 10/3 I called and got answering service with THE rudest, most uneducated woman I've ever encountered in a service role. We are in a service contract with Arctic Air.  We called for our spring check of the air conditioning system, appointment time arranged, confirmed and our service agent Justin arrived on time. He checked the system and answered our questions completely. Plan on having the heating system checked in the fall as part of the service contract. Excellent service.

Our A/C unit ran out of refrigerant on a hot day and Arctic Air sent out someone that evening to fix the problem. Justin the technician was awesome as always and explained in detail what was going on. He is very personable and easy to talk too. I am part of their preferred club and pay a monthly fee to get two tune-ups a year and it helps get me moved to the front of the list when problems like th...
