Scheduled a time for vendor to come out to give estimate. Came as scheduled, took measurements and notes, did research to figure out best / most economical options, emailed estimate to me. I emailed back with questions which they promply responsed to. Estimate was very competitive. Have not yet had the windows replaced but this has nothing to do with the vendor.
