AMVM Ft. Wayne LLCDevon, Nick and Marvin were very polite, very professional. They wrapped the piano in moving blankets to make sure there was no damage done to it, the put blankets on the door frames to avoid damaging the frames as they went in and out of both houses. They made it look easy to move the piano, they had all the necessary equipment and ramps and it went great. I would use MVM again for anything heavy I need moved.- Shelly B.

AMoving Ahead Services LLCThe three-gentlemen team I had from Moving Ahead Services were exactly that: gentlemen and a team. They were pleasant, polite, and very efficient. They were on time and were done with the job before I knew it. They clearly had worked together before, and they made the process seem so quick and easy. I had a fair amount of fragile items and had no damage. They even put together my king size Amish-made bed frame with drawers for me, which I had not expected nor asked them to do. The moving process is a stressful one for most of us nowadays, and mine was of no exception. So being able to sleep in my own bed that night absolutely made my day. AAwesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!

FBait and Switch! I've never worked with a company so alluring and dishonest IN MY LIFE! Prior to loading day we had a $6,600 quote that was updated to a $10,500 quote only to have the truck and packers show up and increase our total to $20,000!!!!!!! We had packed everything but the furniture! The trucking company representative from Roadrunner (Polaris Moving is the parent company) said she was now our contact. She "fired Moving APT!!!" We are now in week 10 post moving to WI and our belongings are STILL NOT HERE!!! Roadrunner has taken our goods hostage forcing us to get a lawyer!! I will NEVER use Angie's List or a broker again!! This has been nothing short of a nightmare!

AAll the staff I spoke with were very professional and caring. Kimberly provided a quote, dealt with my changes along the way and was always kind and caring. The movers at both pick up site and delivery were professional and efficient. The process of communication regarding pick up and delivery was easy, the movers were on time and when they hit a traffic snag they went out of the way to let me know they would be a little late. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if I ever need to move a piano over distance.
