    This is the 3rd time I have used them and they are great. Very clean and professional and handle all of your belongs with great care. With all the traveling it still only took them 5 hours. I would use them again.

    Do NOT use this moving company!! They damaged my walls and furniture and are now refusing to cover any damages. The owner Rahs told me and my Realtor that he would do the repairs and now will not return my calls. I attempted to go to the business location, but its a fake address ( tried all 3 locations) . Please don't get scammed like I did!

    He got me a timely offer which I accepted. It was after that that he really shined. shined. We learned from the Title company that there was an issue from a prior buyer where his spouse did not sign off. Jason went to work and through Facebook and other sources he found the prior owner and got the title issues resolved. But it did not end there. When the buyer���s lender did an appraisal the appraiser came back with an appraised value over $20,000 less than our sold priced. Jason kept the buyer wanting to buy and went to work finding comparable condos that had sold with values close to what we had agreed to sell my condo for. He submitted these to the appraiser who refused to use these. He then convinced the lender to do another appraisal. The new appraisal came back at our sales price. And we were able to close. I could not have asked for more from any realtor. I could not praise Jason and his team enough. He is honest, was available anytime I wanted to speak to him, and had the knowledge to solve my closing problems.

    Overall experience was excellent. Realtor Larry Whited was patient and very supportive with process of selling our home. If we had questions or concerns, he responded in timely manner. We again would recommend his services to others.

    They actually had a fee that was not disclosed upfront, and so you know that's a problem with this big deal once you purchased you find these things out. So I was able to negotiate that fee down some what. And they did an alright job. We actually were just moving to another suite across the hall and I just need them to move the large furniture so the fee that they told me when I went to schedule was they had a truck fee and I'm like your not gonna load anything on the truck your not taking it anywhere you know, and their like well it doesn't matter we have to drive this truck out there so, those are the things that bother me.

    Big John Movers came through on everything they promised and then some. Jeremy was my crew leader and he came with John, Mike, Cody, and Alex. Later another crew leader, Drew, came and helped finish my job. 
    Another moving company, Move It Now, had really let me down and gave away my move date so I was left scrambling. The lady at Big John is very pleasant and helpful. She sent Jeremy out to do an estimate and he was right on with the time and space needed. Unfortunately I was supposed to have a team of 6 and 2 large trucks but only 1 big and 1 small truck were available (we knew this in advance and I was prepped to expect an extra trip and more time, to which I agreed) and 1 of my crew called off at the last second on the morning of my move. Another guy had been crushed by a piano the day before and worked all day even though he was in obvious pain. I think customer service is easy when things go as planned but the true test of it is when things go off track a bit and Big John stepped up and delivered. I was moved the day I needed to be moved even though it took the guys from 9 AM to 11 PM. This crew worked hard and took care of both me and my belongings. I highly recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat!
    If I had to change 1 thing, I would have set up a designated smoking space at both locations and had a spot for cigarette butts. I am still picking up butts a week later.

    I was initially very pleased with Dan from Move It Now. He gave me confidence during the on site estimate process that he knew what he was doing and could take care of my move. He gave me his cell number and I told him to please book me for July 1 and that I would book if he would do my job personally. He agreed. 
    They sent me something via email to sign and this is where I was off the tracks. I lost track of getting that returned in the flurry of preparing to move. Kathy from the office called me on a Thursday a couple weeks before my move to prompt me about returning the signed agreement. I asked her to give me until Monday and she agreed. I dug up the agreement, had some questions, and called Dan several times with no response from him. By Monday, I wound up with a huge project at work that had to get done and the agreement slipped my mind. Tuesday morning I emailed Kathy saying I had been trying to reach Dan but that I still wanted to hang on to my July 1 date and was planning to use them. She called me in reply on Tuesday afternoon stating she had given away my July 1 date. I took the call while sitting in a doctor office with my very sick spouse waiting for the doctor to show up. I was telling Kathy I was not at all happy she gave away my date without trying to contact me at all again, especially given that I almost always answer my phone. When a medical person knocked and entered the doctor office room, I told Kathy I had to go and ended the call abruptly. 
    I totally get that I should have returned the agreement and probably Kathy thought I was just p***** off and hung up on her. That's on me. In spite of my mistakes, I think Move It Now really let me down.
    Kathy is not exactly the friendly face of customer service and wasn't even from the beginning. She comes off hastily and rude but Dan was so great that I thought, "Who cares? I'll never even see Kathy in person." I was very clear with Kathy on that Thursday call that I was 90% on using them on 7/1 and thought we had an agreement to talk before she would give away my dates but she gave my date away anyway. I was also very clear with Dan that I wanted to use him and his team for my July 1 move. I sent an email to Kathy and tried calling Dan several more times after the hang up incident from being at the doctor and no one every responded to me after that. 
    I'm so glad it happened that way as I then booked Big John Movers and they were fantastic throughout the entire process. Their estimate was right on, their staff were amazing including the lady who answers their phones and the whole crew of movers. I'm glad it was Jeremy there for me on my moving day!

    The men showed up on time.  Adam was excellent.  Very friendly.  We had already moved all of the smaller "box" items.  So, we had left it up to them to move the larger heavier items, such as t.v., furniture, etc.  Because they were billing us by the hour on this job, I wanted them to get right to work.  They did not disappoint.  The men worked very hard.  They took care with our items making sure they didn't bump the walls as our condo is a tight fit with lots of corners.

    It was a short distance for them to move us.  They unloaded items with care and had us moved in quicker than I could ever have imagined.

    When I comtacted them they were very pleasant and set an appointment for a quote. We accepted the quote and scheduled our moving date. They arrived on time and worked hard all,day. It was a very warm day. When all was said and done there were several items damaged. Called and set an appoint for their handyman to fix everything which he did the best he could. Some pieces were taken apart and were to be put back together. Said they would come,out and put them together but as of now they never have. Have found some other pieces as we have moved in that were damaged and it's not worth the hassle and time to have them comic out.

    This was a great experience. Dale and Adam did a fabulous job. They were on time and did not mess around. They worked hard and were very professional and friendly. My estimate was 5-7 hours. They were done in around 4 hours. I will definitely use this company the next time I move and would recommend them to friends/family.
