    Outstanding service! From my initial inquiry to the finished project, Greg was punctual, professional, personable, and did fantastic work! My leather sofa had a blemish on the back panel as a result of a moving mishap, and Greg was able to repair it in a cost effective way. It looks perfect. He also cleaned and conditioned the leather sofa and matching loveseat. Both pieces now look almost brand new! I could not be happier!

    I was very impressed with the responsiveness of Lina and her willingness to do this job in one day due to the lateness of my finding an outfit for my granddaughter's wedding which was on July 7 and I needed the dress by July 5 so I could travel. I took the dress to her on July 3 abd Lina opened her doors on July 4 holiday for me to pick the dress up. I highly recommend her

    Dunkin's Diamonds
    Not good at all.  Mr. Dunkin's response email on May 13, 2015, states that all he can offer is to make a new ring for me; no offer of reimbursement.    At this point, we are not comfortable with Dunkin's Diamonds customer service, repairs or security of jewelry we take to them to be checked or repaired.   We should not be forced to accept rings they make as a replacement.  It's not our fault they lost my rings. This has been very emotionally distressing for me. Can you advise or assist us with resolution? Thank you,

    When the girl showed it to us, the bracelet was a little tight and she said she would send it off to get an extra link.  She said it shouldn?t be much more. We went ahead and purchased the extended warranty.  She called back and said it was going to be an extra $80.  It should have been covered by the extended warranty and she said it wasn?t.  I told her that I didn?t want it with it being that much.  They called the next day and said the ring was in.  I came to pick up the ring and I wanted to speak with the manager about the bracelet. The manager was extremely arrogant and said ?Take it or leave it, that?s the way it is.? I told him I didn?t appreciate the way I was being treated especially since we have been a customer with them for 20 years.  I told him I wanted my money back.  He told me I wouldn?t get my money back until they had the jewelry in their position.  They cashed the check on the third. We went up there on the 9 th and I said I wanted my money back. The manager came over and said ?Just write don?t ask questions.?  I asked where my money was.  He said we would get a check in 10-14 days. I asked why? I had never even had possession of the jewelry. He said that?s the policy. I told him I would never shop in this store again.  He said, ?Ok whatever.? I called their 1-800 number when I got home.  They said they had to wait until the check clears. I told them the check cleared on the 3 rd.  I called and talked to their main office in Akron.  She said I could fax a bank statement to them showing that the check was cleared, they would release the money. I asked her to call me back when she receives it.  I called her yesterday and she called me back and said the bank only sent her a copy of the cancelled check. I asked why they were giving me such a run-around. She said, ?Well the 14 days up on Friday, why don?t you just wait.? I wouldn?t recommend them to anyone.
