  • It was ridiculous. I took my own glasses in for a new prescription to put in my frames and they agreed to do it. I waited over 2 weeks before the glasses came in and he explained to me that they were not familiar with the frame I gave them so they had to outsource the glasses to have them worked on. When the glasses came in, I couldn't see a thing clearly. He sent me back to my ophthalmologist to see if the prescription was correct and it was so the lenses were wrong. The glasses had been sent back 2 more times and I still couldn't see. I finally asked to give my glasses back and get the refund and they said they would have to talk to the boss to see if he could do that. I didn't hear anything for several more days and called to ask for their boss and he was on vacation. I called the corporate office to see if they could help me and they did approve the refund. I only need glasses with a progressive lens and they couldn't do it.

  • This review is for Dr. Jennifer J. Specht who practices at Harper's Point Eye Associates. She has an excellent forthright bedside manner. The exam was thorough and as a new patient I appreciated her genuine interest in my past medical history. The prescription for my new eyeglasses has improved my sight at all distances.

  • Eyes were fine after I asked the receptionist and she asked the dr. I asked receptionist about an eye photo that was new that needed to be paid out of pocket. The assistant who took the picture told me what it was about and said the dr. Would go over it in detail with me. The dr. never said anything to me and the receptionist had to ask him which he answered it was fine then went back to speaking to whomever. When he led me to the receptionist prior, I thought he was taking me to another room to discuss the photo. He is a good dr. Whom I have been going to since 80's . I appreciate exams that are explained, new procedures that are explained and drs. who are approachable so I will venture out with Angie's help :) and look for another ophthalmologist .

  • After completing new patient paperwork, I had to wait a short time to see the doctor. Office is located on the first floor of a former residence. There is an eyeglass office downstairs (ground level in the rear of the building). I was given a coupon for 20% off if I had my Rx filled downstairs. Doctor was pleasant and answered my questions, but didn't go into a detailed description of her findings or recommendations. I felt the exam was thorough. I was rather surprised when I received my insurance explanation of benefits and learned that, although this office was considered in-network, I still had to pay a major portion of the charges for a non-covered refraction exam. When I was billed, however, I was given a 50% plus discount on this non-covered charge.

  • I have been with Dr. Kuhlman and his partner for ten years. They are thorough. They are close by and are easy to get in and out. They are concerned about your eye health and not how much money they are making.

  • Dr. Poma diagnosed by daughter with Esphoria and knew the solution regarding putting her in multi-focal contacts. They are more expensive than other places but definitely are experts in their field.

  • Dr Bereda is an excellent eye doctor. She takes the time to really talk to her patients and understand what is right for each individual. She is willing to go the extra mile for her patients. I have been going to her for years and would not let anyone else take care of my eyes. Last year she expanded her practice into a larger facility to take even better care of her clients. I strongly recommend Dr Bereda for anyone looking for an eye doctor.

  • I'm very happy with Dr. Kuhlman. I think he is very thorough and I have confidence that my vision and eye health are in good hands with him. In addition to his competence, I think he is very pleasant and approachable. He takes time to answer any questions I have and he explains things well. The office staff is nice also. When I first moved to the greater Cincinnati area many years ago I went to at least 3 different eye doctors before I found one I liked. I stayed with him for years but I had to find a new doctor when I moved from N KY to Montgomery. Dr. Kuhlman was the first doctor I tried after my move and I was happy with him from the start. I'm particular about my eye doctor and I really like Dr. Kuhlman.

  • I have been seeing him for over seven years. He and his entire staff are extremely good with elderly patients. They are very considerate and patient. He pays close attention to his patients at all times. He is a really good doctor. The front door is too heavy.

  • There are 2 doctors in the practice. One doctor is more thorough than the other and that's the only difference. Dr. Kuhlman takes more time with the patient than the other doctor does. It was my son's last experience. It was a 15 year old boy's comment and I found that to be kind of interesting. In the process of taking more time, he explains more things. We saw Dr. Kuhlman because my son was having a problem with one of his eyes and he explained what was wrong and what my son possibly needed to do to make sure he's fully recovered. He had an infection in his eye. All of our experience with Dr. Kuhlman has been thorough and he definitely takes his time. Their punctuality is okay and that's not because of any particular reason. It was just that we had to wait for a long time before we actually got in for our appointment.
