    The quality is adequate. The responsiveness has been good when we've had a problem. It's a whole package of cable, internet and phone service. Getting the cable box updated is not the easiest thing in the world.

    No internet for 3 days. Then they screwed up the modem again and they want me to go 7 days without being able to get on Company VPN.  Was on the phone w/ them for 3+ hours and they were at my house for over 4 hours. They operate technical service from Philippines and a) connection is awful and b) can't understand half of them c) always claim "NO MANAGER IS AVAILABLE"

    ....still on hold 45 minutes later so not sure who else I will talk to.

    You will get totally JUNK service unless you pay for Business Class. So even if you run a 1 person business in your home and pay residential fee they don't care if you have 7 days lost work.

    In general, the service works well. We have never had a problem with the phone and the internet is really very reliable. Our problem is with the price and the customer service. We always feel jerked around with introductory package prices that go away in a month even though they don't tell you that when you sign up. And, even when you ask they answer is some veiled way. When you do have a problem, some of the customer service representatives are really good and some are awful. Just signed up for a sports package to get a certain channel and then 3 months later in the middle of football season the channel is discontinued. It's a tough business I'm sure, but we are going to check into other alternatives. Too bad, we have been a long term customer for them.

    The broadband service that we have available to us in the whole area is pitiful from everybody. It's been fine, when all we are getting is email and using the internet a little bit. But if you want to stream a video, forget it. There isn't enough capacity where we live to begin to do that. My wife couldn't even watch a crummy video from YouTube without it buffering over and over again. We are not feed out of one of their main offices. We are feed out of their substation and on weekends and evenings when people are using it, all you can do is send an email or little things on the internet. We had people out several times to look at it and they told us that it doesn't have the capacity. They were very professional when they came.

    While the employees are nice and try to be helpful, it's rare that I find a person at Time Warner that really knows how to fix problems. I've had problems my services not working often, been overcharged, sat on hold for hours when I was trying to add just seems that providing good customer service isn't something Time Warner is good at. With my current problem, I've spoken with 6 different customer service reps and two different repair guys have come to my house. When I asked about having my bill adjusted for the time the services were not working, I was told I needed to go to a Time Warner store or contact another phone number. There must be a way to make this a less time-wasting experience for the customer. And nothing is more frustrating when your digital phone service isn't working to have the Time Warner person ask if you are calling from your digital phone. It adds insult to injury. Seems like that's a question that can be eliminated from the script. Also, I see commercial after commercial for installation today and a much cheaper bundle price than I receiving. It's disappointing that they can't treat their current customers as well as their prospective customers.

    We had cable and phone through Time Warner and decided to add Road Runner Wireless Internet Service. We scheduled the installation appointment for a certain time frame. The technician came within the time frame and was very nice. He went to the basement to look over the wiring and decided to add a booster to our line. The previous tech who did the initial install did not put a booster on the wiring. This was a big improvement to all of our Time Warner Services. The technician made sure our connection was secure and showed us how to check it. The service is fast and we have been happy with the INTERNET service.

    Our service is sometimes erratic and whenever we call to report it, it is usually something in the neighborhood. So, I do not think they have a complete handle on how to give the best service yet.

    Cable stinks. Internet 100% better than Cincinnati Bell's Zoom town which had to be reset more than once a week.
