    Moosbrugger, Dr. Emily
Dr. Moosbrugger is a very thorough, conservative practitioner. I've seen 4 other dermatologists over the years, and they all were knife happy. Dr. Moosbrugger will carefully check potential issues, but only biopsies as really needed. She is also extremely patient and attentive, and listens carefully to the patient. I would highly recommend her. (And the staff is also great!!)
One time they were running late, and Dr. Moosbrugger came out to the waiting room and personally apologized to me. Now that was a first!!!

    Advanced Dermatology And Dermatopathology Inc
Overall, the service at all points exceeded my expectations. First, I arrived with a vague request to examine moles and pigmentation. Ms. Potter announced that she had time available and could do a full-body exam--which I gladly accepted because of a family predisposition to skin cancer and having not been fully examined for 10 years. She excised small amounts of several spots for biopsy. Dr. Patel is also a trained pathologist, so the complete work was done all within that office. Having detected mild dysplasia in one biopsy, they called me back for complete removal of that mole. Both appointments went very smoothly, with minimal pain.
Regarding my and quot;digital infectionand quot;, Franceine Potter and Samir Patel also exceeded my expectations. They took a culture from pus in the finger and performed separately mycological and bacterial cultures--both positive. On the other hand, Dr. Patel made an educated guess that turned out right, and they gave me both antibiotic and antifungal prescriptions immediately after the initial visit. My finger hasn't been this well for almost a year.
In summary, I would say both professionals (as well as the nurse and receptionist, et al.) work well together. They are both very smart and very friendly. I would recommend this center to anyone.

I do have to say there is usually a long wait but not as long if you make your appt w the nurse practitioner. She was thorough and helpful and she directed me to the next step I would need to take to take care of my issue. I have also had apps with dr. Feldman. I had to wait a very long time bf I was called but I felt confident in his work as well. He has a very dry sense of humor but he is thorough and gets the job done.

    Pranav Sheth MD
I really like Pranav Sheth. He is friendly, outgoing, and down to earth. His staff is excellent as well. Around here, it is hard to get into a dermatologist, and I was able to get into him very quickly.

    Porras, Dr. Beatrice H
I had a 9:15 appointment. I arrived a little early, as requested, to take care of some paperwork.
Unfortunately, I had to sit around until 9:45am. This was because the doctor didn't arrive at the office until about 9:40am. I'm not sure why they scheduled me for a 9:15 appointment if the doctor doesn't even arrive at the office until almost 10am. Maybe the doctor was running late for some reason? I dont know - but no explanation or apology was offered. I chose not to make an issue of it, as I was still happy that they could fit me in within a week of my phone call to schedule an appointment.
The doctor was very pleasant during the examination. She quickly identified the issue, prescribed a medication, and gave me a free sample of the medication. The rashed was cured within a few days.
Except for the long wait, I'm content with everything else. I gave an and quot;Fand quot; for punctuality, but a and quot;Band quot; for my overall experience.

    Gupta, Dr. Shalini
I was admitted within a day which is a lot quicker than anybody else but they did not support health insurance so that was kind of a negative. They explained that the consultation cost to sit down with the doctor was $150. The doctor did not seem to know a lot about my condition so I was not encouraged by that. I had the wart removed and it only took about 25 seconds but it came back within a week. That procedure cost $650, which was expensive. They told me I could have another consultation and procedure with the same price but I said I might consider another consultation in order to let the doctor finish her work. It took a long time to get a coherent answer from the office and their solution was to give a prescription which did not even apply to my condition. So I bought an over the counter medication and within three days the wart was gone. I feel they had a low level of professionalism at this office and that this doctor did not know much about warts; they kept calling it a mole but it was not a mole. I do not want others to have problems with this doctor in the future and I will not use her again in the future.

    Bauman, Dr. Wayne E.
He is very knowledgeable and has a good bedside manner. He is an older gentleman. I had this one problem for which I had been to a bunch of different dermatologists. They recommended many kinds of treatment, which were totally off the mark. He zeroed in on the problem right away. He knew what it was and offered me treatment, and the treatment was efficacious. My visits with him were sporadic. I made a few visits probably over a period of three years. Originally, his availability was good because he was kind of new, but it is a little more difficult to get in now, and we have to wait for him. It has been a while since I went to him, but I have referred other people to him.

It was just about a one hour appointment, or maybe even less. I spent about $150.00. I would tell somebody who was looking for that type of service to ask questions and get information, but they were helpful. I am still undergoing treatment. I am going to continue to use them.

    Gupta, Dr. Shalini
I met with Dr.Gupta for a consultation. We met alone in a small comfortable room and she was extremely gracious and lovely. She is a very young looking beautiful woman. She listened to my concerns and then gave me her ideas. I enquired about price for each "piece" of the treatment that she thought would be optimal. She offered an estimate and I immediately said that it was way more than I was prepared for and I'd have to consult my husband. She then told me that if I chose to do everything, she could adjust the fee somewhat. I asked for the fees in writing and she took out a SMALL ( amost a scrap) piece of paper and wrote the fees on it. I never received a detailed written estimate or itiemized bill. I requested one many times but there was always a reason that it couldn't be done at the time of my request. The appropriate person wasn't there or everyone was busy, etc. She suggested I have Botox that day to prepare for other treatments, and she had time that afternoon. The botox 'needed' to be done twice. When I had the Smart Lipo procedure Dr. Gupta noticed 'other' areas that would benefit, i.e. areas from my Breast Reconstruction (I had breast cancer at age 32 and subsequent reconstructive surgery) on my back. I agreed to all that not realizing that each area was billed separately and additionally. It resulted in Much greater expense than I had counted on. When I had the Portrait Laser of procedure, because of the cost I wasn't going to have my entire face done but only my problem areas. During the procedure we talked about how my face would look better if I Lasered my entire face including my eyelids. I was foolish and went along with it all. I was astounded at the the total fee; more disturbingly that I had agreeded to it all. The smart laser didn't 'smooth' the initial problem and when I mentioned it, other services were recommended that would help. When a procedure was suggested price was Never mentioned. I could not see any results from the portrait laser, I'm sure there were some benefits and that's why a graded results as a D not F. I mentioned my dissapointment in my result, and a menu of other procedures were recommended. Various fillers, etc. I eventually felt I was at a sales facillity. There was always more and more. The best time to decide on additional costly treatments is NOT during a procedure! For all these reasons I have not nor will have Dr. Gupta's practice perform any service.

I made an initial appt, she evaluated me and offered treatment which I had done on the same day. I have 2 more sessions left. Her office is nice and she is very sweet. I highly recommend her services.
