    Dusty Boot Home Improvement
Jeff did a great job. You can tell he has a wealth of experience, and a great attitude. I got several quotes before settling on Dusty Boot Home Improvement. He was the best priced, with the best customer service. Jeff had to modify the door jam in order to fix previous bad installation. He did a great job, and explain what he did. If I need a handyman again, I will defiantly be contacting Dusty Boot Home Improvement.

Cody was awesome! He showed up on time and completed all the things on my list that needed repair. He was very efficient and even needed to go to the local home improvement store to get additional materials to complete one of the tasks. I would definitely hire him again.

    Tarvin Plumbing
Each of the three jobs that were performed, were done with excellence by a man named Jim. he was thorough, professional, and didn't waste  a minute. I could have paid less and had someone else do the work, but I had tried this in the past with other local "Handymen", and plumbers who  did not do the the work correctly.
Bottom line: If I had Tarvin do it all the first time, it would have been a lot less money. Also, I will definitely consider them for future projects, and I want to send out Kudos to Jim. He is an outstanding representative for their company.

    Dadstasks Painting and Remodeling LLC
This company is really excellent. Darryl came out and gave me an estimate--and the actual the cost was very close to the estimate. The crew came on time, and on the days they said they would be here. All walls were prepared for painting. They are excellent painters!! The crew cleaned up after each day. Thought my job would take 3-4 days, and they finished in 3. No roller marks, no drips on tile or carpet. The high gloss painting for the moldings were the best I've ever seen. Darryl did a great job removing old caulking and replacing the caulking--matched my grout!! Very professional staff. We got to know them over the days they were doing our job--definitely would recommend them to anyone.

I had Matt come out and finish my TV/entertainment center that needed the bridge bolted to the wall, and hid some wires that were a mess. He also put a few nails in a hand rail that was loose. I appreciate the time he took to answer a few other questions I had. I have an entire to do list I need help with, and I will definitely be using Dadtasks again. Great service at an affordable price.

    Handyman Connection of Mason
Handyman Connection - Butler Warren was knowledgeable and he was very upfront on what they offer and what the pricing would be rather than having him come out and quote me. I think the price was quite expensive so I opted not to have it installed.

Our old grout was starting to chip and we had several pin hole and slightly larger holes in our tile that we were concerned would allow water to get behind the tile and mold.
First try was not successful.  After scraping they only re-grouted the bad spots, not all of the grout.  The new grout did not match the old grout (new grout was more gritty) and you could see all of the areas that were "repaired".  After waiting 2 days some of the new grout could still be scraped out with my finger nail.  The caulking at the bottom of the tile where it touched the bath tub did not span the entire area leaving a gap where water could get through.
Upon calling them to discuss the issues they immediately re-scheduled and came back out to try and resolve the issues.  The areas were re-grouted with the same gritty caulk thus still highlighting the areas that were bad.  Instead of caulking between
the tub and tile they used grout which is ok but not ideal.  They said to call them again if it still was not up to standards.
Today I found 2 more tiny holes like what we started with.  After 2 failed attempts I will not be having them back out.  Even if the new grout functions ok it still looks bad.

    Siler Home Improvement LLC
I kind of explained the overall work in the previous question.  Mr. Siler is a very serious person who takes his work very seriously, too.  He yells at his employees if he thinks they haven't worked up to his standards.  He also teaches them to do things while he works.  He is all business -- not one to make small talk with.  He will come early and stay late if he has to do so.  Mainly, he has a crew of himself and one other guy, who is also a hard worker and a little more talkative.  He has another part-time worker who gives great haircuts because he is a stylist for his wife's business.  This guy is friendly, and I liked him very much.  He styled my hair better than anyone I have ever gone to!  The three of them have been friends for years, and it is obvious in the way they treat each other.  I would hire this team again anytime.  One word of warning -- they have a good reputation, so I was put on a waiting list.  I waited a couple of months until he could actually do my projects.  He also wants to be paid in thirds -- once after you sign and send back the contract, another time when the job is started or nearly halfway completed (I don't remember.) and when the work is completed. These guys don't leave for lunch, they bring their own usually.  They work all the time, and they rarely took breaks.

    Yeah, We Do That.
He was very professional and polite. He explained what he was doing as he performed the service. He cleaned up after himself as he went, and left our kitchen in the same condition he found it. He even tried to befriend our dog, a notoriously shy girl with strangers. I would highly recommend him, and would use him again myself.
