    Cincinnati Basement Waterproofing & Drainage
They were wonderful, my mom was so upset about the leak, Phil came out, said don't be upset we will take care of you! They sure did, my mom (is 88) and he calmed her down, when the crew left, mom called and you have to see this, she said my basement looks better than before they arrived!! The gyt who came to her door introduced himself, and told her not to worry they were here to stop her leak!! They worked so hard, was done in 6 hours, and they flattened her yard, laid grass seed and covered it with straw!! There was no mess, she was so pleased... this company is fabulous!! Don't hesitate to give them a call, they are a wonderful all around company, so thrilled they came out!! Thanks Phil,,,, you are a GREAT EMPLOYEE!!!!!!

    Healthy Basement Concepts,LLC
After 15+ years of dealing with the huge temperature variations throughout my house I finally decided to look at insulating/encapsulating our crawl space. I had 3 different companies come out to look at my situation. Healthy Basement Concepts was not only less expensive overall, but explained why I did not need the drain tile the other guys said "was all part of the package" or "as long as were down there it couldn't hurt" (other than the $2k+ it added to the cost). Healthy Basement Concepts ended up approx. 30% cheaper than my other two estimates. Jason (owner) told me that they would be here at 8:00am on a Monday to get started and it would take them 2-2.5 days to complete. They were in the driveway at 7:58am Monday to get started and were finished in 1.5 days. Exceeding my expectations based on dealing with contractors in the past. Jason and his crew were friendly and professional and left the house cleaner than they found it. The end results have made a HUGE difference in my home. Prior to having the work done I used a thermometer to take temperature readings throughout my house for a couple days and did the same after, the results speak for themselves: Prior to Encapsulating: Thermostat set to 71*: 1st Floor (on coffee table) - 71*, 1st Floor (on floor) - 66*, Master Bedroom - 79*, Spare Bedroom - 77* After Encapsulating: Thermostat set to 71*: 1st Floor (on coffee table) - 71*, 1st Floor (on floor) - 70*, Master Bedroom - 72*, Spare Bedroom - 72* The difference has been so drastic that the first evening the project was done I went and checked to make sure I didn't blow a breaker because it was 22* outside and the heat was not running. It was 71* in the house but I simply was not use to the heat not running constantly when the outside temp was below freezing. I could not be happier with the end result and the overall experience working with Healthy Basement Concepts.

    Jaco Waterproofing
JACO was responsive, professional and the most reasonable in their estimate for cleaning and sealing my driveway. The agent advised me that due to the age of my driveway, new in the fall of 2016, and since it was treated with Cure and Seal when it was poured that I should not have the sealing done this year. Based on my positive experience with JACO I plan to use them to seal the driveway in 2018.

    Boiman & Myers Inc
Crew showed up on time. That was a big plus for me. Got right to work
and waisted no time. They were all very courteous and professional.
Mr Boiman was very reassuring and informative. My wife and I were very
nervous and he made that vanish the first day.
The job was completed ahead of schedule despite some rain off and on.
We feel so much better now that our basement is fixed.
We feel like we had the best company for this job and would recommend them
to anyone. Thanks Boiman and Myers.

    AquaProof Inc
Aqua proof just finished what I would consider a large job.  From the estimate to the clean up, everything went very well and was high quality work.   Everything in the estimate was thoroughly explained.   There were no high pressure sales tactics.  The clean up was great and it was just as they said - all I had to do was water the grass.  The workers on the job were considerate and very nice.  I would definitely recommend this company.

    The Basement Doctor of Cincinnati

to lay down carpet protectors and to cover the furnishings with plastic sheets. Next came the jackhammering of the concrete perimeter and  the removal of the concrete and stone base. A new sump hole was dug after the water softener was removed. The SuperSump was installed and the pouring of new stone and concrete continued. On the third day the concrete had cured and the water softener was replaced. Work on the Brightwall was begun which entailed the removal of several outlets. The outlets were replaced with modern boxes at no additional charge. The fourth day had most of the wall work done. The drain for the new sump system was installed through the exterior brick wall and into the yard. The protective plastic was removed and a clean up of the remaining trash was finished. The chair rail of the wainscoting was finished, except for two sections. The remaining pieces awaited on order and would be installed when they arrived. A check with BD promised the completion of the job in the next week. The work was completed on 4/15 to my satisfaction. The staff answered my questions about insulating the exterior walls and painting the drywall.

The sump system was installed just in time for several days of rain. Almost by accident I found out about and got a copy of their instructional book, Basement Finishing Science by Lawrence Janesky, a comprehensive guide to nearly all aspects of dry and useable basements. All BD customers should be offered this booklet.
We are pleased by the results of the work so far. The damp smell l from the humid, moldy drywall has diminished and will
improve once the carpeting is removed. The new sump has functioned from the start. The relative humidity is about 50%.

Teasdale Fenton Carpet Cleaning & Restoration
Project went smoothly. Men were on time, efficient, clean and tidy. They covered all my belongings in the basement with plastic. They used an air cleaner to keep dust to a minimum. They finished in one day which was great for me. Electrician came the next day and hooked up the pump. I was very happy with their work and professionalism. The job was clean. No debris left behind.

    The Basement Doctor of Cincinnati
The contractor arrived, the forman  explained in detail what was to be done. Work was commenced  and completed  in the time predicted.
The work involved breaking of concrete in my basement and high dust situations and this was kept confined to the areas worked in.
Upon completion, the work area was cleaned of all debris and as much dust removed as possible from surrounding areas.
It has now been about ten months since the work was done and I have had not one instance where water  has appeared on my baesment floors
