    So i took my ford ranger to Rob at Radair in parma to get fixed! Well after 5 hours i get a phone call all fixed it was a vacuum leak! I show up pay $150.00 for a plastic tube 1 inch long in a vacuum line! Get in my truck start it and the check engine light comes right back on while sitting in there parking lot! So the mechanic comes out with the manager Rob and hook up the scanner and get the same code they were suppose to have fixed! So Rob the manager starts pulling Vacuum lines off right there in the parking lot! And finds a block egr tube line! And tells me to unblock the line the check engine light will go off! And then walks away! I have 5 cars and after that experience i will never take another car there again! I feel like they did nothing but rip me off and never fixed my truck but charged me for it!

    When I bought the car a couple of years ago I bought a service plan, they are still working under the plan. I think the dealerships are kind of pricey, if I had to pay for that service call it would be expensive. The car I bought was a certified pre-owned car and when I went there they had the best deal on the car that I wanted with the lower mileage, the price was pretty much in line with the blue book.

    I had created a problem by being unaware of a switch that kept my parking lights turned on when the engine was turned off. Somehow, I had turned that switch on accidentally and discharged the battery several times, actions that prematurely reduced the expected life of the battery. Sirl's checked out the system promptly, discovered the problem, checked the battery and replaced and I was back in action again. Pretty stupid on my part? Yes! It is unlikely that I will do this again although I may use Sirl's because they were very good about the service.

    Hate leaving this review since initally they were a good shop but turned quickly when they misdiagosed my VW Touareg fan issue and replaced the wrong fan (two in the 4.2L) $600 w installation. Not only was it the wrong fan but 1 month wait for special order VW dealer part that turned out to be a 3rd party knockoff. They refused to make this right or even refund my money for the $400 "dealer" fan. So bottomline, they replaced my working fan with knock off that failed. Left in the original failing fan that also had to be replaced by another shop $900 more in expense (Simon's in Cleveland Heights - highly recommended). In the end these German Auto Pros messed up, refused to make it right and lost a customer forever. BEWARE.

    I keep going back to them because I feel they are fair. They are an ���A��� on explaining what they have done. It depends on how long it takes if they find other things that need to be done. They will call, and the the work will take longer. They get the work done in a timely fashion. There are times when we haven���t had an appointment, we���d just call and take the car up there. They kind of squeeze you in, and they���re still done I fee,l in a timely fashion. The workers are very polite and very professional.

    I have used him for quite a while. He is a very good mechanic. The thing I like about him is that you take your car in the morning and he has it back the same day. His prices are more reasonable than anybody else. He is honest. It's been a while because we have new cars and we haven't needed him. He is open probably until 7. He works from 7 to 7 most of the time. If you call him in the morning, I am about 4 miles from him, and he will have it either that day or if it's something complicated you will have it within a few days. You don't have to question what he is telling you that needs to be done like some dealerships will try to get you for this or that. He won't do anything extra that you don't need. You have to actually ask him to check this or that, unless he happens to see it while he is doing the original work. His prices are lower than anyone else that you will find. He is not going to be cover everything up for you very neat like. He is in and out. He is not going to mess any of your upholstery, but like the dealer will make it look like they are covering your floor mats. He has so many cars that he doesn't have time to. I plan to use him again the next time I have a problem.

    They saw that the brake bad or rotor on the back wheel had to be replaced. It was all worn out. Not that I couldn't stop, I could stop, but eventually it would cause further damage. They are pricier. I'm always happy with them. I go to them. They don't come to me. When I get there, they are quick. They will tell you and give you an idea that it's going to happen soon and let you know how long the wait is going to be.

    The installer was prompt and did the job quickly. The windshield looks good. However, multiple clips that hold the roof trim were broken (read: useless) or lost. I didn't notice it until I got home, when I saw that the molding was not touching the glass on the driver's side. I'm pretty sure I would have to pay for the parts to get it fixed properly anyway, so I'm just going to do it myself. Obviously they weren't concerned with a quality repair, just to make it "good enough", not "right".

    Most of it has been warranty work. I have a prepaid maintenance plan. The warranty work and the recall work was no cost. They're kind of expensive if you do pay for stuff. I had two cars in. One car took two days to complete and one took one day.

    Bought the Panels on 12/4/15 and never heard from the company. I had to call to find out when they would be installing the rocker panels. The woman I spoke with said that I would have to wait until the 22nd for install. Now she says they may not even be able to get to me then. I think they are doing this because I prepaid. I feel like this would have never happened if I paid after the service. I doubt I will ever go back there again. And will be telling everyone about their bad service.
