HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERIVICE. They told me they'd try to squeeze me in on a Friday and if they couldn't they'd call to schedule an appointment for the following week. They never called back. I left them a voicemail because they didn't call back, and they never returned that call. I called Monday to schedule and they scheduled me and told me normally the service would be $99.95 but they charge $119.95 (extra $20 for dealing with the warranty company because the calls can take 30+ minutes). Josh shows up the day of the appointment - diagnoses very quickly - 10 minutes - that we need a new dishwasher. He tries to leave before we even get to talk to the warranty company. We stop him and he talks to them for less than 5 minutes. He leaves without providing us any paperwork or documentation. We were still charged the $119.95 plus tax for a service that was less than 20 minutes. I called to ask to get the $20 reimbursed and they refused because my warranty company isn't one they deal with regularly. That was literally the first time they mentioned that to me. Save yourself the aggravation - use someone else who won't scam you. I planned to get other work done - but I will find ANYONE else.

Dryer bought from Sears broke down about every 6 to 9 months. Sears would come and repair it, but charge about 1/3 the original purchase price. Even though it was the same controller board every time, they never stocked the piece, and after they come out and charge for a service call, they order the pice wait 1 to 2 weeks, then schedule a 10 minute visit to replace it. My low rating is partly due to them having no replacement parts in stock, ever, which delays the entire process, and at charging 1/3 the price of a new appliance for a repair part that routinely breaks down, and only offering a 30 day warranty on repair work so you end up paying for the dryer many times over.

Brian answered the phone when I called which is always nice.  He came out to the house that day and started immediately to check out all the controls and heating elements on the dryer.  During checkout the dryer started working.  Brian narrowed the problem down to a potentially bad electrical breaker for the dryer or weakening heater element.  Since the dryer was working and not wanting to simply replace parts without firm evidence the part was bad Brian  offered a return visit if the unit stopped working again.
The return visit would not have a labor charge but only a charge for the necessary dryer parts.  A very fair deal!!
Brian is very personable and explains everything he is doing during his work.  A real craftsman that I would use again.

Joe was honest and a pleasure to speak with. I especially liked the fact that he did not try and get a service call out of me for a problem that he knew was not worth fixing. If I ever do need ANY appliance repair in the future, I will definitely be contacting Joe.

Jim came exactly when he said he would be here (having called first). It took 30 minutes from arrival to finish. He was professional, got right down to busines, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. We are very happy and would definitely use them again in the future. They also took (and applied) the coupon available on Angie's List.

Everything was fine. He didn't have his invoice book with him but sent the paid invoice receipt by email. The cost was $75. minus the Angie discount.
