We had several long slabs of wood paneling that had to be replaced due to rotting around our outside windows.

Installed porch walls to existing porch roof

Fantastic. Sheldon and his crew are very professional, courteous, clean up daily on the project, and trustworthy. The job they did is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Would hire again (and I will be hiring again in the spring!) Also had some great ideas and insights into how to make new kneewall and walls match bright covers roof... looks like it was meant to be there!

Exterior Door Installation

They did great work! They were friendly and professional. We had a manufacturing issue with the door itself and had to replace it after it was installed. Schwartz came back out and made needed adjustments at no extra cost. We will use them again when we have a need.

Front Porch

If you are looking for a contractor who is always on time, tells you exactly what to expect, does excellent work and is extremely professional, Sheldon Schwartz is your man. When I first contacted Mr. Schwartz, he set up a time to come out and go over the project. Not only was he right on time, he texted me when he was on his way and gave me an ETA. I really appreciated this after waiting around for other contractors who would either come late or not show up at all. When we agreed on a plan and a price, he told me when he anticipated starting the project, and how long it would take to complete, which was very prompt. The work he and his crew did was top notch and everything was cleaned up once the project was completed. It is a real pleasure to do business with someone who says exactly what they'll do and does exactly what they say.

They repaired our front cement porch and built a new back porch. They also repaired the roof over the front porch. He had a subcontractor come in for the masonry work.

They were fabulous. The mason was also excellent. He was personable and equitable. We have an old, old home and he found the right materials that needed to be created, to keep in line with our structure of the rest of our house. His clean-up was perfect. They have a good work ethic. They showed up with the materials. They didn't keep us waiting.
