    My bicycle would not pedal forward, due to a failed cassette clutch in the rear axle hub of the bike. Steve quickly identified the cause of the problem with my bike, and provided a cost estimate and estimated work completion date. They did a great job in replacing the rear wheel assembly (more cost effective than trying to repair the cassette alone), adjusting the gear shifting, and installing new handle bar grips. All work was done in an excellent manner, on time, and I was surprised to learn that the cost was actually less than estimated. I would definitely recommend them for any bike repairs, or purchase of a quality new bike.

    Not sure how to do this cos its not really a rated review - just a note to other members. This company only manages HOAs for condo associations. Thats not evident in their profile so I called to ask about hiring them to manage my Ohio rental (single family home). Just want to save other member's time if thats what they need also.

    Cleveland Pool Table Movers
    It went well--cost more, though, than I had originally thought, but they spent over 5 hours reassembling it and changing out the cloth. It is a very old, quality table, and was a lot more work than the pool tables of today. They did a great job.

    They took over about a year ago. Even when you call the customer support line they say you will have to wait 2 hours to talk to a representative. They get you hooked and then hit you with a ton of extra fees.

    Gunter was as punctual as one would expect from a professional timepiece worker. Kept me informed regarding the progress, and returned it in excellent condition. Also included a 2 year warranty on the work he did.

    Noon Sharpening
    i`ve been going to noon sharpening for years for all my knife sharpening needs. does great work!! he knows his stuff too. i have japanese knives with a finer angle then other knives, he gets it right every time! takes alot of pride in his work, very friendly, he travels daily so hes always close by at some point. i highly suggest you take your knives, scissors, wood working tools, etc (anything with a blade it seems) to noon sharpening! at a $1 an inch ya cant beat it!

    I think that sometimes some of their equipment is problematic. It  gives them the opportunity to excel with their customer service. They are very responsive to that but, I would rather not have problems with their equipment that requires me to call them and to be responsive. The workers are great.

    My grandmother's lamp's cord had gotten brittle and broke/started sparking.  The lamp is 60-70 years old (she's been gone over 40 years).  I took it to Burger's near their closing time last night.  They said they'd call me with the price within 2 weeks.  I left the lamp.  Early this afternoon Dennis called me and quoted me the $28 unless they find that the socket is in bad shape, in which case the price would be $44 as they would need to replace it for safety.  I approved the repair.  By 5:00 Dennis called me to say the job was done and the socket was OK.  I picked up the lamp around 6:00......less than 24 hours after dropping it off there!!!!!!!

    Due to the length of ridiculousness i endured with this company i am going to give you an executive version of the interaction:
    -417 apologies 
    -17 phone calls averageing 25 min per to try to get the service
    -4 technicians over a 2 week period visiting all to tell me i dont have a line
    -3 promises for 3 different dates that the line would get dropped so i could get my service connected.
    -3 calls to cancel my service i never got due to the absolutely ludicrous amount of time i wasted on this company and yes i called 3 times to cancel because they kept calling after i cancelled to come out and conncect the service!! they dont talk to each other in that company!
    -2 visits from people to drop a line aka tear up my yard for the cable AFTER i cancelled it THREE times
    -One torn up lawn a week after i paid good money to have it landscaped 
    -One crying wife after she sees the lawn 
    - ZERO help from the people on the phone to get service, communicate within their own company what the heck is going on pay for my torn up yard or explain to me why the heck their internal process is so jacked up.  seriously it sucks
    and a month later some guys came out with a hand tamper and grass seed to try to fix it.,sorry pal that doesnt cut it.  you need one of those steam roller dealers to fix that mess.
    Seriously stay away, EVERY and i mean EVERY person i talked to where I work said they are they are a horrible service provider.  I should have asked them first.

    Noon Sharpening
    Kevin was located at Heinong Grocery store on the above date.  He emailed me a reminder which was great.  He looked at the knives I needed sharpening, gave me an estimate and the work was done in an excellent manner.  Very personable.
