I simply don't have words to describe the incredible service I was afforded by PetWorks. The owner came over to meet me and the "kids" and was incredibly detailed in every respect. I felt an almost instant level of trust and genuine care. I even got some pointers on some needed training and recommended changes regarding day to day care that I was not aware of, talk about a lot for the money!! Seriously, for people who truly "care" for their pets Elizabeth and her entire team are one incredible package at an extremely reasonable price.

    Belvoir Pet Hospital
They brought me up to date on his chronic issues because he's a golden retriever he has a lot of skin issues. He located 25 miles from him because we moved, but we continue to drive there because of the quality of service. His mother and father owned the place and we've been going there for maybe 40 years now.

Cold Nose Companions, LLC Dog Training
I contacted Cold Nose Companions for an obedience training class for my seven month old puppy, Daisy May. There response was prompt and courteous. Our instructor was Carol and she was wonderful. Very professional, knowledgeable and you could tell how much she loves dogs. What I liked about the class was I never felt embarrassed when Daisy May and I were having a little harder time mastering a command. Carol was always encouraging and supportive. The facility is large and very clean. Fresh water bowls were available for each dog. There were six or seven puppies in the class. I would highly recommend Cold Nose Companion to anyone needing training for their dog.

It went awful. They cut my youngest dog and immediately I contacted Pam. Being that we have been clients for so many years, I called her and spoke to her about the incident very calmly and she was very kind, said they would absolutely take care of it. I sent her a picture of my dog's wound, he had a slice right where he had been fixed, but he had had the procedure done a year prior to them cutting him. She asked me to send her the paperwork, so I did, and then Pam called me and said that she couldn't cover the charges because there was no way it was their fault and that his surgery "must have been fresh." I didn't stop there-I sent her the paperwork from the vet from the day he had his surgery to prove to her that his surgery had not just taken place. She ignored my calls, refused to pay for anything or take any responsibility, and then continued to speak poorly about myself and my animals to her coworkers (who called me to tell me she was saying these things.) after ten years of giving this company our complete trust and loyalty, it was sad to face that their services will NEVER be used by us again. Disgusting owner, completely unprofessional, irresponsible, and I would not ever trust her or her stoned-up staff to ever touch my animals again. We have since switched groomers to a much cleaner, professional, more convenient and caring facility where I know the ones responsible for my dog's care in that small frame of time are going to be sure they are safe during the entire experience.

    Dog Guard Ohio
Heather was amazing. She understood our worries and worked with us. Installation was delayed due to snow, but as soon as she was able she installed the fence and showed us how to train our dog. She came back out and worked with us until we and our dog were comfortable with the fence. I would highly recommend Dog Guard Ohio to anyone who really cares about quality and customer service.

Their on a different clock than us. I don't think I have ever been to a doctor or dentist office that they were absolutely on the mark or early. I don't think they are as conscientious of our time as we are theirs. Usually the wait is about 10 minutes. The vet interacts well with my pet. These dogs are the only dogs and this vet are the only time that I had dogs that enjoyed going to the vet. They are relatively close. When I got this pair of dogs as puppies we changed vets. We were dissatisfied with a prior experience and prior veterinary clinic almost 12 years ago. The dogs have always like going here and it's relatively close. Much closer than the prior veterinary clinic was to the house. I had good experience going here. As long as the vet we see is still there, and it's very likely since she is part owner. When it comes to vets I think female vets are a little more personable with the dogs than the male vets who are a little too macho. When you think about your own personal experience with physicians. Some physicians are more personable because they are the same gender. My personal experience is that men tend to be more awkward to deal with and be more opinionated and not listen to the patient or the owner. I hate to knock my gender, but at the same time my experience has been that some male professionals tend to me a little less polite than others. I think that the women, I prefer female vets for a long time. I can't think of anything specific that's best, I think that generally they do everything quite well. I have been very happy going to this particular vet for a better part of 12 years.

    Pet Hospital of Willoughby
Their prices are reasonable to me, for what they give me. The Vets care about the animals, and they make recommendations. Obviously it's your choice of what you do, but they support you either way. The Vets are excellent, the staff is excellent. I don't have any problems with them.

The staff was friendly and the price was competitive to other groomers. However, probably because it also serves as a boarding house, I felt there were too many animals there. The inside has a very strong animal scent and I didn't like the idea of my 10 lb pup being integrated with so many other animals of different sizes.

    Bow-wows and Meows
They did a terrible job grooming my puppy. They didn't groom my puppy with care, the job looks horrible. It looks like they just grabbed some scissors and chopped his hair across. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We use Petworks all the time! They are fantastic: leave notes on how things went, call us to make sure we came back as scheduled, scoop litter box, feed exactly as asked.  A little pricey, but worth it, as we completely trust them.
