    Never called to let me know what was wrong with mower. When I called they said no one has looked at it and will call me back. No one did for 2 days. When I called again I was told they were busy and would call me back. No one did. Next day I called and was told it could not be fixed.

    1. they picked up the tractor 1 week before they started working on the tractor. took another week to work on it.  then another week to return it. ($60 charge)
    2. they added oil.
    3. Still have the same problem. it seizes  during starting. it runs rough. the tracking is still bad, it pulls to the left still.
    4. I looked into timing the engine myself, and found they didn't even change the spark plug.
    This is the worst service I have ever (never) received.
    the cost was reasonable for the work they were supposed to do.
    I DO NOT recommend this place for servicing a Dixon Lawn tractor.

    Mower was taken back 3 times to get the same belt repaired. Each time, the mower was returned for repair on the same day that it was picked up. All together, was without use of a mower for about 6 weeks due to time being repaired. This was very frustrating as the repair was a belt replacement. After the third time of bringing mower home, it again broke after a few minutes of use. This time, the mower was taken to another mower repair business and was told that the problem was not the belt at all. Would never use this business again.

    I love this place. Yeah I buy power equipment from the big box places occasionaly, but when I need a big ticket item like a generator, Marshal Equipment in Chester Twp is where I go after all my research is done. It's a big toy store for grown up adults. A great selection of quality and proven brand names along with very competitive pricing. I have also purchased a Toro riding mower, Toro personal pace mower and Ariens sno-thrower from this store over the last 5 years. Everyone I have dealt with has been friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

    Mobile Mower Medic
    We needed an oil change, tune up, and the blades sharpened on our Sears lawn tractor.  Set up and appointment for the tech to come to the house to do the work.  We were given a time and date for the service.  The tech was right on the button for his arrival.  He sharpened the blades, adjusted the mower deck, changed the oil and air filters.  He did not need to change out the spark plug and oil filter.  He had told me earlier that he was not going to do anything that did not need doing.  After working on the tractor he started it up and made a few adjustments to the carb and you could hear the motor running smoothly.  He was here about one hour and my lawn tractor and bagger are now set for the leaf chopping season.
    We used this company a year plus ago and the service and price were excellent.  This is our second time we had him comoe out to service the tractor.  It is so nice not to have to pay for the tractor to be picked up by a repair person and then delivered once the work was done.  i also did not have to put up with the tractor not being available for several days while the work was being performed.  He arrived, did the work, and my tractor is good to go in one hour.
    He also does small motor work and I gave him my chain saw to be worked on.  It will start but will not stay running.  He will fix it at his place and I will get it back next week.  Just can't beat the service and price.

    It took two repair cycles over several weeks to get it to start. I know it was spring, but they had the mower almost a month! When it was dropped off the final time, the mower started; but as soon as the delivery guy left, it wouldn't start. Called the office immediately, but they never returned our call. The mower ended up starting the next day and it does work, but with a massaging sequence that is cumbersome. Would have used the money to buy a new mower had I known it was going to cost so much. Communication with the office degraded over time. Ultimately, disappointed.

    Prompt, reasonably priced service.  During the busy spring season lawn mower was ready for pickup in a week.  Since they were  going to be in our area that day, they offered delivery to our home at no additional cost.  Lawn mower was cleaned to look like new.  It has worked perfectly since being serviced.

    I called the mowerman and requested that he pick up the snowblower. He arrived promptly and took the snowblower
    back to the shop. He called later and said that the problem was a bad starter. I was given an estimate and I gave him
    the ok to fix it.
    I was notified when it was finished and he dropped it off. The snowblower was in excellant running condition. I was
    very happy with the price and the service.

    I needed a repair service which would pick up and deliver the snow blower back to me since there is no way I could lift it into my car. An acquaintance told me about Da Mower man. I had priced the work with another company and the other company's price and employee additude was not to my liking. I went home and checked out Da Mower man on Angie's list and liked what I saw so I gave them a call. They were very friendly and prompt. Their price was fair. At this time I haven't started the snow blower yet to check the quality of the actual work (since it's spring). I will update this report after I've used the snow blower next winter.
