    Integrity Home Evaluation Services, LLC
We had David Christopher from Integrity Home Evaluation Services, LLC inspect our future home. He was very thorough and provided us with an extensive report. He covered every minor detail of the house. Moreover, he provided with the report on the same day. He was very responsive with the calls and answered all our questions. Being first time home owners we had several questions and he answered all of them in a very professional way. It was a nice experience working with him and we would definitely recommend him to anyone who are seeking for inspection services of their home!

    Radon Solutions
David took 3 weeks to get someone to my house to work on my Radon. He failed to return any on my many phone calls. His guy was supposed to come on a Thursday "afternoon". I took off work by noon only to find out his guy already came a 9:52 am!!! I have no idea if the fan was replaced but I was billed for it. And to top it all off his guy threw the dead squirrel in the bushes!!! An animal took it under my deck before my husband could dispose of it that day! Stay away from this vendor.

They did their job and was pleased with their work. The price seemed a little expensive, but they definitely put a lot of work into the job. The only thing I am not pleased with is that I have a cat figurine in the den , and I found an ear chipped from it. I called monarch and talked to receptionist? , and she seemed very nice, when I explained that the figurine was not replaceable, as it looks like a cat we once had. Very disappointed that Greg never called back, and now I have to pay to get it repaired.. *note- there is no maybe for if I would hire again, so I did check yes, but only under stipulations.

    Four Square Home Inspections
My wife and I have lived in 5 homes and sold 4 of them. We have dealt with numerous home inspectors over the years - most of whom were very good. We bought our last house in July, 2016 and hired Four Square Home Inspections to inspect the house. Four Square Home Inspections provided the most thorough home inspection we have ever seen. The house is not a big house (2000 sq ft), but Fred Freer (owner of Four Square) spent a good part of the day inspecting every nook and cranny of the entire house. We had the option of staying with him all day or meeting with him at intervals so he could explain to us what he found. He even invited the seller to join us if she wanted. When Fred was done he summarized the entire inspection verbally and, days later, provided a written report of everything that was found (both good and bad) and possible remedies. Four Square Home Inspections was not the cheapest inspector we have ever dealt with, but was by far the best. If we ever buy another house, we will definitely hire Four Square Home Inspections again.

David Christopher is excellent at his job.  He came out early (before I even arrived) to start a home inspection on a new house I was contracted to purchase.  Throughout the entire home inspection, he carefully works through the entire house inside and out.  I appreciated that he went slowly and explained EVERYTHING.  He showed me how some things worked and found items on the inspection I would never have thought such as:
     1. Drywall dust coating the inside of the furnace.
     2. Small gaps in the siding and underneath the eaves where moisture or insects could get in causing damage.
     3. He also found that some of the pipes on the water tank where not graded for the temperatures listed.
    4. Finally he found one of the external windows was not filled with the correct sealant and would surely lead to cracking down the road.
We spent a solid three hours checking everything inside and out.  The entire time David was friendly and upbeat telling some cautionary tales about problems that can occur if not fixed right away.  He also provided suggestions on things which were not violation, but would be good to do as a preventative measure.  He was a pleasure to work with and I would gladly use him again for all home/radon/wood pest inspection needs.

    ALL OHIO RADON SERVICES
Wayne came out (as promised and on-time) for the initial visit, was very professional and informative. I had 2 companies come out to give estimates and I felt  that Wayne took more time to explain, he thought a little more about the location of the pipe and seemed more professional.
On the day of installation, Andy and Drew arrived on time and quickly set to work. They were careful to explain every step, kept things very clean (and I have lite cream carpet!) and completed the install within 4 hours. Andy set up a radon monitor and explained I should see the levels falling over the next few days.
When I did not see the levels falling, I called Wayne and we set up another day to have the crew come out. Wayne assured me he would not cash my check until the installation was successful.
Andy and Drew arrived for the follow up visit as scheduled. Vacuum testing was conducted beneath the slab in 4 additional locations to measure pressure field extension. The results were not good at any test location. Andy spent quite a bit of time explaining the problem (even did a a drawing of the slab, etc to help me visualize). At my request,  Andy explained some other options I might consider- but I would need to contact other companies since All Ohio does not do that work.
Andy and Drew then removed the radon fan and capped the system piping. I cannot say enough about how very professional and pleasant they were even though by this time they knew they would not be cashing the check I had given them originally. Also, they were not local-they had both driven to my home from an hour away.
Wayne sent me a letter summarizing all the work they did and why it was not successful. Enclosed in the letter was my voided check.
I highly recommend this company and would hire them again.

They were surprised that I had hired them so I am not positive what they actually do.  They did not do any of the things Angie's List said they would do such as Thermal Imaging Scan, Preventive Water Leakage Plan, or tell me what I needed to have done to stop my water problems.  They were very nice gentlemen and commiserated with me about my difficulties.

Greg came out and gave the quote. He was great to deal with and very confident in the service he provides. He was more than willing to work with me on what he would be doing. The attic mold was a result of poor ventilation in my attic. I am perfectly capable of making the ventilation improvements myself so he quoted just the mold remediation and of course came in the lowest of three bids. I told him I would notify him when my corrections were made after the remediation but he was not concerned. He issued his one year warranty and explained that if I did nothing at all it would probably not return for two years. I'm am posting this much after the work because I just looked over the attic and it still looks great! I did fix the ventilation within two weeks of the service. I hope I never need this again but will certainly call Monarch if I do.

    The Home Detective
After using another home inspection service on a previous property, which was extremely expensive, I decided to try another company.  John from initial phone call all the way to follow up after the services were rendered was a complete professional and extremely personable and down to earth.  I appreciate that, as it goes a long way for making your customer feel at ease.  He was right on time and very thorough with his inspection.  Not only did he point out major concerns with the property, but he also pointed out positives as well.  He spent around 2 hours at the property checking inside and out.  Crawled into and checked spaces I would have needed a hazmat suit to enter, just to make sure things were properly checked and in good shape.  This is greatly appreciated because this home purchase for my wife and I has been a long road and we did not want to waste our money on a money pit.  As he went from room to room or any where out side the house he was pointing things out and telling you what was going on as he was going and taking pictures for his final report.  In the end, his great job inspecting the house ended up saving my wife and I a ton of head aches and from spending our money on a crap chute.  We did not end up purchasing the property, and since then have found another house in which we have rehired John to come back out and inspect.  I highly recommend him, he stays in contact via e-mail text and phone call when ever you need to speak to him.  To sum it all up...The Home Detective is Pure Awesome.

    Airguard Restoration
My home has tenants in it who are dealing with the roof repair issues while I'm in Arizona working.  I checked Angies List on this job because I went with a friend referral on my roof and had a horrible time dealing with that company.  They caused my tenants and I headaches and time delays for two months.  When they finally fixed the roof and opened the drywall to replace it, they found mold.  I found Airguard on Angies List and they had a high rating and great customer comments.  I didn't hear back from the initial contact very quickly but once I was passed along to Jeremy in my area, things went smoothly.
Jeremy was great.  He was communicative and re-assuring on the phone.  He was on time for his estimate and repair date and finished the job in one day instead of two.  He kept in constant communication with me and my tenant and worked with me on the price a little since I had to work with insurance funds.  Overall, I am very pleased!!  I waited two months for my roof repair contractor and only days for Jeremy!  Refreshing to say the least!
