I use a mechanic there (Mike) that has worked on my 3000 since I bought it in the 90s. He is WONDERFUL! He is always polite, professional, and goes out of his way to make sure that everything is "OK" with my car, and especially my safety. He has never pressured me to do something, but will make suggestions as to what should or may need to be done. He will even make suggestions on options to save on expenses. It is rare to find an honest mechanic these days! I do not feel that I am "nickel-dimed" at this dealership; I bought this car new from them and would do it again if they had a car that I liked. The service department gives you quick service so you are in and out as they promised. It's very clean and reasonable.

    PWP Detailing
From start to finish, David (the PWP owner) did an excellent job. He is easy to deal with and very knowledgeable about all aspects of auto detailing and has a long history of experience. I had PWP apply the Cquartz UK Ceramic Coating to my paint job and had Glassparency Glass Coating applied to my windshield. This was my first experience with these two new products and I am very pleased with the results. I have had waxes, polymers and Teflon applied to my car's paint jobs elsewhere in the past, but I believe that this ceramic paint coating and the glass coating are superior in all ways to those previous product applications. David's PWP Detailing has many other services to offer. You can check out the PWP Detailing website for more information. These coatings are not cheap, but you truly get what you pay for at PWP Detailing. You get a very experienced and professional application of a World Class product that will last for years, not just months.

    Zappy's Auto Wash-Mentor
On the evening of 12/28/2017, I went to Zappy's Auto Wash on Mentor Avenue for a car wash. The auto wash was not functioning properly, starting and stopping several times, I assume due to the recent cold temperatures. As a result, my car was covered in soap suds and the car wash could not be...completed. The attendant instructed me to back out of the car wash and drive around to the detail area where they could clean of the soap suds from my car. As I was backing up, I heard a crash. I thought I had run into a snow bank. I realized I hit a metal or steel sign that was placed in my path. The sign was not there when I entered earlier and there was no notification from the staff it was placed behind me. When they were cleaning my car in the detail area, I asked one of the attendants if there were any scratches on my car. I was assured there were not. I inspected my car when I arrived home and found several scratch marks on my car. I called the Mentor location immediately but no one answered, so I left a message to return my call. After a half hour had passed, I tried to reach them again. No one answered so I left a second message stating I was returning so they can inspect the damage. The manager on duty (Andy) did not inspect the damage to my car. He reviewed video that clearly showed no attendants assisting or directing me to avoid the obstacle place in my path. The sign was not noticeable to me due to the soap suds on my windows obstructing my visibility. I filled out an incident report and was provided a copy. The incident report included my home phone number and cell phone number. Andy stated it would take a day or two, then I would be contacted. Since I did not hear back in 3 days, I called the Mentor location on 12/31/2017. An employee took my message that I was requesting an update on the incident report I filled out, and said he would place in on the General Managers desk. I did not receive a call back over the next 2 days. On 1/2/2018, I left another message for an update on the incident report. There was no call back over the next 3 days. On 1/5/2018, I left another message. No call back for another 3 days. On 1/8/2018, I left another message. There was no call back for another 3 days. On 1/11/2018, I called their Main Office for an explanation. There was no call back for another 7 days. On 1/18/2018, I called both the Mentor location and their Main Office. Someone tried to reach me, but I missed their call. They did not leave me a message. They did not make a follow up attempt to reach out to me. On 1/26/2018, I called the Mentor location and left a message to reach me at my home number as I would be available all day. No one from Zappy's made an attempt to call me. I am asking and expecting that Zappy's contact me to make arrangements for my car to be repaired. I feel their staff was negligent in their duties and in their lack of communication.

    Stoney Creek Automotive
Went ok at first, but when I needed a follow up re-check a few days later, that's when it fell apart. Brought car in for an engine oil leak and coolant leak. Diagnosed as head gasket and possible oil pan gasket leaks. Repairs authorized and permission to proceed . Took their time and car was tied up for 7 days . Not a problem, as I have another car to drive. After the repairs were completed and I paid the bill in full, I drove the car for a few days and returned to inform the owner that I still found oil dripping on the ground . He wanted me to set up an appointment for the 5 minute re-check! When I asked if I really had to wait that long again , he became somewhat unpleasant , but put the car back up to see what was leaking . Oil pan gasket does need to be replaced , and we did discuss that possibility earlier . So , I asked about the cost , he replied " I don't know without having to look it up" . Fine ! Then he said "I'll call you when I get the estimate" Needless to say , I never heard from him again. So, for those reasons I do not recommend Stoney Creek . Lack of follow up is unacceptable after almost $1700.00 in money spent at this establishment. Proceed with caution when engaging this establishment.

    D&S Automotive Collision and Restyling
I purchased a spray-in bed liner for my fiance as a Christmas gift this past year. I was so excited about it because he had been talking about getting one for more than a year. Once the weather broke, we took the truck in to get an estimate on some additional work that needed to be done due to rust in the bed. They said that they would patch it on top, but didn't want to pull the bed off "because you always end up finding more problems." So their solution was to repair the surface of the bed and let it continue to rot out from underneath. My fiance was willing to pay them for their labor, but they didn't seem to want solve the problem. He told them that if they weren't going to fix it right, he would do it himself. They scheduled him for this past Monday to bring his truck in. He spent all of last week pulling the bed off of his truck, having patches and reinforcements for the cross members cut and welding them in place, painting a Chassis Saver rust inhibiting paint on the underside, and putting it all back together; finally finishing ta 2 A.M. Sunday morning. When we got there to drop the truck off Monday morning, we were told that the appointment for the bed liner wasn't until Thursday; they had him scheduled for the repairs - which he had told them he was going to do himself. We had to rearrange schedules to get his truck there Thursday. We were told that the truck would possibly be ready Thursday evening. We got a call that it wouldn't be ready till 9:30 a.m. Friday because they were having equipment problems. He got a ride out there around 10, and was then told that it wasn't ready yet. He FINALLY got his truck back at 11:45. Apparently the liner is decent, but I haven't seen it yet. I am SO deeply disappointed. This "gift" has been nothing but one headache after another. Never again will I use or recommend this place.

    Executive Auto Shippers LLC
Excellent experience. Found Executive Auto Shippers on Angie"s List. There price was favorable and the service was excellent. Melissa was professional and provided me with a timely departure of the vehicle from OH. The driver Kevin from KSD Auto Transport arrived on time, was pleasant to deal with and delivered my car the next day in the same condition it was in when he picked it up. I highly recommend both of them.

    Detailing in Motion Inc.
Jason promptly returned my phone call and I was able to schedule within 3 days. He showed up promptly at 8 am and immediately went to work on our 2010 SUV. His van has everything he needs to perform the detailing - water, electricity and necessary cleaning products. Jason spent three hours doing a through interior and exterior cleaning and waxing and dressing the tires and cleaning windows in and out. The smoke odor is gone and the car looks beautiful. I would use Detailing in Motion again and highly recommend to others looking for a professional job at a reasonable price. I have used other detailers in the past but had to leave car at their service center and then make arrangements to pick up - inconvenient! Doing the work at my house is a definite plus.

They are terrible, we don't like them. They don't say, hey we can give to 10 percent off, or we have coupons out there, even if you don't have it with you we'll honor, this is the current coupon just to help you out. They never do that, They're like oh no if you don't have it than forget it. You have to pay full price. They're rude like that. So I don't want to deal with them any more. It depends on who's in the garage when you walk in. Some of the are ok and some of them are horrible. When it's the girls they're real "mean". when its the guys they're usually ok.

    CLANCY'S AUTO SALES
It was free because it's a new car and when I bought it I got a couple free oil changes. Any dealership is going to be more expensive than other places. They are close. They do a nice job washing it. They could lower their price.
