    I purchased a spray-in bed liner for my fiance as a Christmas gift this past year. I was so excited about it because he had been talking about getting one for more than a year. Once the weather broke, we took the truck in to get an estimate on some additional work that needed to be done due to rust in the bed. They said that they would patch it on top, but didn't want to pull the bed off "because you always end up finding more problems." So their solution was to repair the surface of the bed and let it continue to rot out from underneath. My fiance was willing to pay them for their labor, but they didn't seem to want solve the problem. He told them that if they weren't going to fix it right, he would do it himself. They scheduled him for this past Monday to bring his truck in. He spent all of last week pulling the bed off of his truck, having patches and reinforcements for the cross members cut and welding them in place, painting a Chassis Saver rust inhibiting paint on the underside, and putting it all back together; finally finishing ta 2 A.M. Sunday morning. When we got there to drop the truck off Monday morning, we were told that the appointment for the bed liner wasn't until Thursday; they had him scheduled for the repairs - which he had told them he was going to do himself. We had to rearrange schedules to get his truck there Thursday. We were told that the truck would possibly be ready Thursday evening. We got a call that it wouldn't be ready till 9:30 a.m. Friday because they were having equipment problems. He got a ride out there around 10, and was then told that it wasn't ready yet. He FINALLY got his truck back at 11:45. Apparently the liner is decent, but I haven't seen it yet. I am SO deeply disappointed. This "gift" has been nothing but one headache after another. Never again will I use or recommend this place.

    Excellent!  John Beclay, the owner took a great deal of time to explain all my options including the cost of each.  He saved me a great deal of money (compared to other quotes) by shopping for a replacement lid rather than a new one.  He also replaced a tail light for me.  The final cost of the repair was exactly what was quoted on the estimate.  When I picked up my car, it had been washed inside and out and looked wonderful.  
    John is very personable as is his office staff, Michelle Nice (yes, that really is her last name.)  The work was done on time, in fact, it was ready the day before I expected the work to be completed.   I cannot say enough good things about this business.  I would certainly use them again (hopefully, that won't be necessary) and I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I had the work completed as scheduled and very satisfied. Note: the antenna on my truck was removed and he called right a way and delivered it to my house.

    My daughter has a unique color newer Mustang that was dented in several places while at college. For fear of rust, I decided to repair the car and so I contacted 4 auto repair shops. One was a huge dealership sponsored business; a commercial assembly line affair. It was unfriendly, untimely (I had to call them back to get a quote when it didn't get emailed to me within 3 days). They also quoted quite high for work that could not even be scheduled for a month. In contrast, Geauga Unibody is large business that presents as a well kept, friendly, yet professional repair center that cares about its customers. Jen the front office person, set the tone by her efficient yet competent manner. John Beclay followed with a quick and thorough estimate, with a reasonable quote and an appointment for the next week. What sets this shop aside is that they treat you like family, answering all of your questions and completely explaining everything before the work is done. Then they repaired the car, color matched the paint beautifully (my biggest worry), and returned it to us looking like new, inside and out. The work was excellent, timely and sensibly priced. The communication was outstanding. It's obvious that I love their service, since they are now ordering parts to repair my SUV that needs some work. I would highly recommend that if you are looking to repair a vehicle to give them a call. You will not regret it.

    I went to Frankie and Dylan's for an estimate to repair body damage to my car. I was provided with an estimate in a timely manner that same day. After comparing their estimate with other estimates I received, I contact them concerning when the work could be done and how long it would take to complete the work. We agreed on a date and the car was dropped off on the agreed date. The work was completed as promised. When I picked up my car I was pleasantly surprised with its appearance. The body work was completed as I expected it to be and the inside of the car looked like it did in the showroom when I purchased the car almost two years earlier. I'm very happy I chose Frankie and Dylan's to do the body work on my car.

    They were great to work with and the work was done in a timely manner.  We did have to pay for some of this repair out of our own pocket since the other driver lied to us at the scene and ended up being uninsured after she asked my husband not to call the police so she wouldn't get a ticket.

    Frankie and Dylan's were so great to work with. They were timely and the work was done with perfection. We didn't have to pay for any of this out of our pocket, but we were picky because our car was only one year old when this accident happened. They worked with the other driver's insurance company so that our repair was hassle free. I would go back there in a New York minute. Plus, they are just so supportive of athletics throughout the Mentor community. They do business here and they give back to our youth.

    Great!  Doug Pike the owner is very responsive and knowledgeable.  Staff does wonderful work.  I have used them throughout the years for my insurance and private work.  He is able to provide a rental car through a major company at his premises which is very conveneit.  Would use again!

    Excellent! From the moment I walked in to ask a question, Jeff listened intently, came and evaluated the situation and told me when the shop could do the repairs. My daughter had hit few things with her bumpers and they were cracked. We wanted the car to be in tip-top shape before we sold it. The vendor repaired the car and it looked and drove like it was brand new when they got done:) We sold it for a very good price shortly after it was repaired and restored.

    I was very impressed with the handling of my repair. The estimate was prepared in detail and given to me. I got other estimates which were comparable to slightly higher, but I was impressed with the neatness of the facility, the conscientious nature of the staff and the workmanship. When I dropped the car off I was offered a ride home which saved inconveniencing others. The repair was done in a timely manner and I was kept advised of the progress. Coordination with my insurance company was smooth and efficient. I would recommend this business to others.
