    Emad Mikhail MD
Dr. Mikhail is very rude and suspicious of you and your medication usage. He and his staff treat the patients as if they are there only to get drugs. The doctor doesn't listen to you and is rude to his staff. Save yourself some grief and choose another doctor...

AWARENESS Massage and Wellness Center, LLC
I have been a client here for a year and a half and have not taken the time to write a review. I started here due to my previous provider did not address my stated issues. Upon the initial appointment and following up with twice weekly appointments for a month my neck and shoulder pain subsided and eventually went away . Jennifer also gave my some additional pointers about the ergonomics of my desk work chair, daily stretches, etc. I have continued to use the wonderful services here almost every other week to keep things in check. Since I have been a client at Awareness Massage, I have reduced the amount of times I need to visit my chiropractor by more than half!

We arrived at the Mentor Massage Envy 20 minutes early for our appointment only to be told by the manager that they had given our appointment away because I had not given them a credit card number to reserve the time, even though I was redeeming a gift card that was given to me as a Valentine's Day gift by my husband. My husband took the day off of work to go to the massage appointment with me. I also received an appointment reminder on my phone about the appointment and to arrive early (which we did). If someone is given a gift, they shouldn't be required to divulge a credit card number to schedule an appointment (even high-end salons don't require a credit card!). The manager said she called me, but there were no missed calls or voice mails from this person on my phone. The manager and the owner (that my husband spoke to on Monday after the cancelled apointment) were very snotty with us and refused to and quot;make it rightand quot; by giving us a refund for the credit card. We do not ever want to patronize this company again and just wanted a refund. So, for the sake of $100, they would rather create ill will than to satisfy the customer.

Their massage is unbelievable. The atmosphere was just divine. The massager was so good, she put me to sleep twice. They are just perfect. I was comfortable. They tell you to undress to your line of comfort. They do just such a good job. I had mainly body massage and specifically upper back, neck and shoulders. We did discuss that earlier. I got a whole hour of massage. How I got to know them, my husband won a gift certificate and he hates that stuff so he gave it to me and I took it. If I were to go back, I would ask for the same massager again. Their effectiveness of treatment is wonderful.

I have gone here multipe times and have had different people each time. Everyone I have come in contact with from scheduling the appointment to receiving the massage have been very friendly and helpful. Prices also seem reasonable compared to other places. Would recommend to others and would go back.

my appointment was at 10 am. you walk in and are immediately greeted in a friendly manner. you sign in and are almost immediately
taken back to a room. i only had to wait a couple of minutes for the doc to come in. they are always friendly and chat with you during the adjustment. the visit goes quickly. you can make the next appointment before you leave or call later. you can pay your bill there or mail it in.

I enrolled my 19 month old here after reading about Montessori teaching methods (a method I was wholly unfamiliar with), visiting their website, and taking a tour of the facility. I had priorities of outside play and child care providers trained in early childhood development. Their website boasts large acreage for play, large inside rooms for play during inclement weather, and a Montessori approach, which I assumed meant early childhood development training.

During my tour, I saw the property, the inside rooms, and the toddler area. It looked great, and as advertised.  I passed a bunch of older kids who clearly just coming in from the outside. I was show "the toddler area", where there were different activities that the children could take advantage of, including sensory tables, which at the time my child was bananas for. I was told that at the time I was touring that not all the providers were there, as it was early in the morning.

The first day my child was to start, I asked if it would be ok if I observed for a little while, to see how she would react, and interact with the provider. They very nicely invited me to stay. What I encountered stood in stark contrast to what I was promised during the tour and shown on the website. My child did not have access to 99% of what I was lead to believe she would have access to. The provider, whom I hadn't yet met, explained that her area, which at that time had 5 other children in it, was a very small corralled area on one side of the room, that did not include most of the neat activities I saw during the tour, and did have a sensory table. Within that small area was a table and a set of chairs, all toddler sized. The toddlers were not allowed to touch the table or chairs, which functionally reduced the play area even further. Ridiculous. I witnessed the provider yell at a 13 month old, who had pulled herself up on the chair "walk away! How many times do I have to tell you". This and some other behavior seemed to me to indicate that she was not Montessori trained, or even trained in early childhood development. During the visit I also asked the provider when they would be going outside, to which I was told that the toddlers only go outside when the temperatures were above 55 degrees, and then only to a tiny play area, just outside the doors of the building.  I asked about the large play rooms downstairs. I was told that because her group had children that could not reliably climb stairs on their own, and that it was a fire hazard to have them downstairs. So, effectively my child would be confined to an area smaller than my kitchen, with 5 other toddlers, for 8 hours a day. I cancelled our enrollment that afternoon. I was refunded the deposit we had made.

    Take home:
    1) The person who actually interacts with your child here may not have early childhood development training, much less Montessori Training.
    2) If your child is between 12 months and 3 years old there is a chance that she will be confined to a very small area, with little chance of going outside to take advantage of the property, or play in the large motor rooms.

The facility & treatment area was very clean & well organized. I was taken in at my appointment time. Both doctors were very knowledgeable and explained what they were doing & how it would help my pain.

He is the best physical therapist I have ever been to. I have been seeing him for 10 years. It is a hands on physical therapy and he does all of the work himself and not with machines. The staff at Hands On Physical Therapy where Troy works is very friendly and they remember your name. Troy is very good with working with your schedule.

He was excellent. He is good at what he does. He even cut the bill up for me. He is fair and I would highly recommend him to anybody. He gave me 3 months to pay him off. He is very good and right at the top.
