    Precision Appliance had to order the part from the manufacturer due to shortage of parts in the market stream. This was a problem created by the mfg. Once part was received work was finished in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Precision Appliance for repairs.

    He was very professional, and even though I did not meet him, my father was very impressed. He did not try to overcharge, and I was able to get my refrigerator fixed within a week (a part had to be ordered, and my unit is over 10 years old) and under $200. VERY pleased.

    He came to my home to take care of my fridge. He was on time and came in and said it was my defrosters timer, and to fix it would be very expensive. He charged my $95 for the part and $75 for the service call. He told me that when I came home it would be working. When I came home it was working, and then then next day it was not working again. I asked him if he would just buy the part from me back because I was just going to get a new fridge. He said he would go ahead and take the old fridge from me and buy the part back. 4 months later I still had the fridge. I called and told him I was going to call the BBB. He was there the next day to purchase the part back and to take the fridge away, but in the mean time I had called him several times and each time he gave a day he would be there and then never showed up.

    Scott was very responsive. I called on Friday afternoon, and he offered to come out on Saturday (we ultimately scheduled for Monday due to our schedule). Within 5 minutes on-site, he diagnosed the problem and ordered the necessary part. Came back the next day to install the new valve. $40 service call/diagnostics fee was very reasonable, considering he had to drive 30-40 miles to our house. I would definitely recommend Ace Washer & Appliance Service and will use them again if the need arises.

    Bob quickly diagnosed the problem and tested to make sure he was right. He didn't leave until he was sure the machine was working properly. Very professional (and he let me watch!) I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

    We could not be more pleased or appreciative of the repair that Dan performed on our Grandfather Clock. We were given our Mother's Clock that was a gift from Dad back in the 80's.  We could not even remember the last time we had heard this clock chiming it had been so long.  To hear that familiar sound again was very sentimental and means so much.  As fate would have it, Dan was in our area and arrived within hours.  Within 30 minutes, and after replacement of two minor parts, the clock was back to full operation.  Dan was professional, very knowledgeable and provided a quick "How-To-Operate" before he left.  I highly recommend this company and plan to call them for all my future service and maintenance needs.

    Matt with Advantage was terrific.  He was prompt, courteous and professional.  He completed the repair quickly and perhaps more valuable, he educated me about the function of dryers, some watch-outs, proper venting (it turns out my vent installation is less than ideal), etc.  Advantage Washer & Dryer Repair will ABSOLUTELY be my "go to" service provider for washer and dryer repair moving forward.

    He was very professional and courteous.  Washer would not drain so he removed the water and fixed the drain pump.  It was important to him to keep the area clean and dry. He also took the time to explain to me what the problem was and what caused the problem.  When finish with the job I was very happy to have my washer working again and still is

    The technician arrived at the agreed upon time and diagnosed two different issues (uneven cooling and broken ice-maker).  Parts were needed to address both problems.  Normally would not have invested $600+ in a ten year old fridge but it was an expensive French-door model and because we had just purchased the house it was covered by a seller's warranty which covered a portion of the cost. 
    The parts needed to be ordered and arrived in about a week.  The parts were installed in less than an hour and everything is now working as promised.
