  Extremely well. It was a double move. Majority of furniture was moved to an apartment, the balance was placed in a storage unit approximately 3 miles from the apartment. The furniture was placed in the van so the apartment could be set up first, then the storage unit. It went without a hitch. Would certainly use again.

  The 2 guys that did the job were awesome. They were the most caring movers I have ever worked with. Area's around my new home are were still under construction and when the movers arrived at the location we found that the builder was having the driveway black tops and they were pouring some concrete which made the movers wait till they were done. The lead guy from D&D gave the workers "What For" (nicely) and informed them that we were paying them to move us not wait on paver's and cement trucks. LOL When it came time to pay the bill "Joe" deducted the time they had to wait for the road workers from the bill. They took very good care of our belongings and when they arrived at the new home they even put the furniture in place for me so I did not have to move it around again later on. All total it took 3 hours to load and unload my belongings. I would highly recommend D&D moving and storage to anyone and everyone. Trust me you won't be disappointed at all especially if Joe and Brandon are the guys doing the job.

  Two Men and a Truck

  The 3 man crew was in a very big hurry. They missed several items that should have been on the truck. Then got to the new location before my daughter and I arrived and started unloading without us. This was a very big problem: the truck was blocking the driveway and I needed to drive to the back to park (no on-street parking in the area). They refused to move the truck so I had to spend 2 hours in my car in midsummer heat! I am disabled and could not get out of the car without my daughter's help. She needed to supervise the unloading. All the boxes were labelled but they piled most in the basement. Terrible service. Never again!!

  Blue Men Moving LLC

  They were to be here between 12-3. They called at 10:30 a.m. to Say they could come then. I told them I would not be available until 11:30. They waited until I got home. They did not charge me for the wait time. When they moved the furniture they did a great job. No marks/damage on anything. The furniture didn���t have any damage. I was very impressed with them. My sister also used them to move more of her things. I will definitely use them again!

  Edgar and Troy arrived earlier than expected and wasted no time getting to work. The day turned into a monsoon, with very heavy rain, but they got the job done and skillfully moved our items to the truck with no damage. They were wonderful to work with! Our items were moved to storage for 3 weeks. Upon our move-in day, Tony and Orlando had the honors and again, arrived earlier than expected. All was moved in, in perfect condition and nothing was missing. I cannot stress enough how much we appreciated Leaders ability to come to our aid when we needed them and how very professional they were, all the way from Cory at the first meeting to Edgar, Troy, Tony and Orlando. We would definitely hire them again and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. They are the BEST movers we'd ever worked with. We trust them completely and in the future, will definitely hire them again, because Leaders is that good! If we could give them a grade higher than an A+, we would. (The "approximate cost of service" shown below, is for two moves + storage).

  Krupp Moving Services

  I hired the movers for four hours but got three due to them having another job to do. However, I still had to pay the $545 whether it was two or four hours because that is the agreement made with the owner of the company. Still felt like I got cheated by just an hour but I got the help that I paid for. Even if I felt a bit rushed.

  Jones Moving & Delivery

  The company did a great job of scheduling and coordinating the move. The movers on the other hand kinda man-handled the piano, and banged the keyboard cover into a wall, fracturing the corner. I'm still waiting on a resolution for the damage. Also, they attached the pedals to the piano BEFORE lifting on to the legs. This put pressure on the pedal assembly that it was not designed to hold. Overall, they got the job done, but I would likely shop around the next time I need a move.

  From the first call to set up the estimate to the final box being unloaded and the truck pulling away, this was a fantastic experience. It only took a day for Derrek to come to the home - he used his experience to look around and give us a very quick estimate.  We had received estimates from four other moving companies, some higher, some lower, but Derrek was no nonsense and gave us a 'not to exceed' estimate.  He also included climate controlled inside storage for up to 5 weeks, knowing that we weren't sure how long we needed it.  He offered boxes, wardrobes and any help we needed.  We felt comfortable with him and decided to give D&D our business.
  On moving day, we were well prepared.  They sent five men and two trucks, which soon turned to six men and three trucks.   Every one of them was professional, courteous, and took very good care of our home and all of our belongings.  They were nice to point out how well our boxes were packed and marked and how prepared we were.  They didn't hesitate to help us with anything that was left to be done.  They moved very quickly through the basement, which to us was a sea of boxes.  They meticulously wrapped every piece of furniture, marked everything we had for inventory and worked their way through the house - telling us when they stopped for breaks.  They were careful and fast and fun to have around.  Once they were done, they went over the inventory, thanked us for working with them and headed out to unload at the storage facility.
  When I called to schedule delivery to the new house, they were nice as could be.  They made sure we were scheduled quickly and on a day convenient to us.  On delivery day, the same crew came out and it was another wonderful experience.  They had no trouble moving big items down the winding basement stairs or to the upstairs bedrooms.  They covered the floors and paid special attention to the laundry room when bringing in the washer and dryer, as it was just freshly painted.  The whole crew worked quickly, questioning us when needed to make sure everything was in it's right place.  Again, they were so polite and really took good care of our belongings.
  Overall, it was the best moving experience I could imagine.  I would recommend D&D to anyone and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
