They came out to snake and camera our sewer due to backing up and found that our exterior pipes were cracked due to tree roots. They told us they would be back out in a few week depending on weather but to replace the pipes and put in a back-flow pipe. As soon as they could they came out and did the work. The woman said they would call in a few days with the estimate. I had to phone the company after a week had past. She told me she had to wait on other calls and would call me back. She called with an estimate and I said ok and never heard from this company again.

I have called Mikes Excavating at least three times this month, each time leaving very clear message of the reason for my call and a brief description of the work I needed to have done. No one returned any of my calls. I guess Mike's isn't interested, but they could have the courtesy to return a call !

They were wonderful. They came out last September to do the work and it costed us about $8500 in total. They were very good with letting you know exactly what they were doing and what was coming net. I used Mike's Excavating for plumbing services. We had basement water issues and they had to replace the footer drains. So they had to dig around 2 sides of the house to do that and we had walls that they had to straighten for us because the water pressure bent them.
