    I have not been able to see clearly with the new glasses nor are they comfortable to wear since receiving them. I spoke with them about this at them I picked them up. They did adjust on them some but it did not fully correct the issue. I was then was told you have to adjust to them.

    So I tried for a little over a week with no success. I returned to the store and registered my dissatisfaction. Again they adjusted them ad said that it had not been lo9ng enough for me to adjust. So tried again with no success. Upon returning again, I was scheduled with Tim for "spec check". Tim was very rude and basically tried to convince me that I could see fine and proceeded to bend the temples in an arc to try and make them more comfortable. And again was told that I needed more time to adjust. I did return that same day for further adjustments as the glasses now set crooked on my face.

    I returned today, 9/21/15, to discuss replacement or refund the glasses. The staff would not let me speak directly with the doctors and stated that there was never a refund and further if I wanted them remade, there would most likely be a charge as it had been longer than 30 days! Again, they wanted to adjust them to no avail. I was then told they would speak with the doctors and see where we go form here. When I asked what was the time frame, the direct answer was avoided.

    It was convenient to get an appointment. The doctor took me right away. I didn't have to wait for a long time. They're very patient in doing my testing. It's convenient because you could go right over there and choose your type of frames. They're very helpful. They told me right away about the pricing and what my insurance would cover. The order came in a week later. They made sure it's all set. Everything worked like clockwork. There were no issues. I really don't have any complaints. Their service is friendly.

    I like the doctors themselves, but not how the office is run or the office staff. They have a very very long wait; I mean a ridiculously long wait. They are kind of cold, not typically friendly or interactive.

    I usually take the first appointment of the day. I am greeted very warmly by Shirley or Diane, who have been working with Dr. Borodkin for years and know you by name. They will conduct the initial screenings like peripheral vision, etc. before placing you in the room to wait for the doctor. Often, your appointment will not start on time, but once doctor arrives, he will take a great deal of time to understand what has occurred relating to your vision in the prior year and what you are hoping for in your visit. He will work through all of the routine exams required and is clearly passionate about the care of your eyes. He will take the time to deeply explain any issues that relate to your eyes and vision. He will provide his recommendations for your vision correction - contacts, glasses, etc. Once exam is complete, you can return to the frames area to make selections if you wish, but there is no pressure to buy. Diane and Shirley are there to help you through the process in your time.

    Both times I have seen Dr Timothy he was condescending when answering my questions. He wasn't positive at first if he was going to prescribe my son glasses so after he dilated his eyes and decided he needed glasses I asked if he should wear them all the time, his prescription is not that strong and some kids start out just wearing them for reading. The Drs reply was "why wouldn't he?" At my appt for a contact fitting follow up he asked me how the new brand I tried fit. I said they felt good, my only complaint was when I opened the packages alot of them were inside out. His response was "don't you know how tell if they are inside out?"I I've been wearing contacts for 24 years, yes I know how to tell but I have very poor vision and it is hard for me to see before I actually get them in! He treats patients like they are ignorant. Anna is not rude but not very personable either. They treat you like a number not a person.

    We were very satisfied with the glasses that my wife got and the treatment we got. They treated her very well and I think that the glasses she got have been of tremendous help to her. I would rate them pretty highly but you got to recognize that you are going to be buying the Cadillac when you walk in there. In fact, one of the ladies who works there is our neighbor down the street. They were perfectly available anytime we called them. The office is quite nice and I am surprised that they are able to afford it. The staff has very nice people. My wife has been able to see and that is an indication that the treatment has been effective. They were prompt with the billing. We paid a lot but we got good service and we got a good quality product.

    Was able to get an appointment within a week to have my son fitted for contacts. Brought in his glasses perscription from another doctor. They were very pleasant, prompt and easy to deal with. They helped my son learn how to wear contacts and care for them. Dr. Early was professional and put my son at ease. We will use them again.

    I phone to see if they had any cancellations on my day off and they worked me in that day. Helped me with my exam and prescription so I could replace bifocals I lost at the amusement park. Very nice people and I will be returning for all my eye care needs once my insurance is available again.

    They are very thorough and good with kids at Loeper Vision Team. They are very compassionate. We have had numerous problems with my son's glasses. They are really great at trying to get him new pairs at no cost. Their prices are good. It is very easy to get an appointment there. We have came in at the last minute, and they were able to fit us in. They have toys in the waiting room for the kids to play with, although we rarely have to wait. They are good with billing.

    Eye Doctor was fine. Level of service from administrative assistants was very poor. My wife and I experienced lost prescriptions and bad level of service multiple times. One time they denied knowledge of a resent eye test when I tried to purchase from 1800-CONTACTS. Received nasty letter and phone call due to their billing mistake. That was the final straw, will go else where in the future.
