    Stereotypical slimy car dealership all the way through the sales process.  Talked to us like we were stupid, lied the whole way through, and were just miserable to deal with.  Even had the classic dealership move of having a guy pretend to be the bad guy sales manager until they could see we wouldn't budge, then got the deal approved by "the real sales manager" in the back room.  We only bought the car here because it was one of those deals where they had really good rebates on one car only of a particular model, and it just happened to be the car, color, and trim package we were looking for.  If all things we equal, we would've left and given our business to someone else who at least talks to you like a human while trying to screw you.  For the amount of money people spend on cars, you think the "sales manager" would come out and say thank you.  I'm not sure you get anything different at any other dealership, but it's worth a shot.

    I love working with this Nissan dealer. This is the 2nd new car I have purchased from them. Their new location is much easier to get to and is really a pretty building. The sales people are incredibly friendly. I really appreciate that almost all of the business part of the transaction was done at ONE desk by ONE person. The offices of the finance people, where you go to sign the final paperwork. are all glass walled. Transparency is a great thing; there were no salespeople "hiding" while a 2nd or 3rd tier of sales people or managers come out to upgrade the sale (like at other dealerships). This dealership is about 30 minutes from my home - there is another just 5 miles from me - but it's worth the drive to buy from a dealership where I don't feel "taken" and that I know I'm getting a fair deal.

    Through a recommendation of a friend, I took my 20 year old daughter to Freedom Motors to buy a used car. It's a small used car dealership. We dealt with the owner, Lenza. He was absolutely wonderful during the entire transaction. He narrowed down the choices to accommodate her preferences. He allowed her to test drive (remember, she is only 20); he rode in the front passenger seat, and I road in the back. She was a bit reluctant to drive (shy), but his grandfatherly skills urged her into the driver's seat. Lenza and I came to terms on a price. He then had a Wonderful talk with my daughter about money, the importance of good credit, payment plans, and the seriousness of being financially responsible. I was impressed. Once the down payment was made, and all papers signed, he gave her a working, detailed tour of her new/used car. He showed her all of the important parts under the hood, how to check all the fluids, the importance  of the correct air pressure in the tires. My shy daughter actually goes every payday, every 2 weeks, to Freedom Motors to make her car payment, all by herself! Her payment plan is twice a month for 8 months. Lenza talks with her about the car, answers any questions, and checks her oil and other fluids with her, at each payment visit. I could not have asked for a better experience for my daughter; either in purchasing her first car, or in learning about money. I highly recommend Freedom Motors. Good, clean used cars with payment options available.

    I arrived without an appointment expecting to spend at least 2-3 hours waiting.  The serviceman apologized that it may be a an hour or two, and I understood.  They had me out in 45 minutes!  The service department there is fantastic.  The gentlemen who assist me are always cordial and efficient.  Afterwards they always explain what they did and what condition my car is in for future service expectations.  They also washed my car before returning it to me.
     I have leased, and bought, our last 4 cars from this company, partly because of the salesperson, who is very accomodating, but mostly because the service is phenomenal.  Toyota personnel stand behind their product.

    They say all the right things to make the sale, called me frequently until I bought but as soon as I had a problem, everyone went silent. Salesman says he doesn't have authority and sales manager wont return calls. I find it absolutely unconscionable that they can completely ignore a dissatisfied customer. I should have walked when they tried to slip a higher interest rate past me at signing. That was nothing compared to the surprise when I actually got the vehicle.

    We walked in never owning a Honda before but we were familiar with thier reputation. Our salesperson Tom took ample time going over the differnt model Pilots. Tom explained all of the features helped us select the perfect one...The only problem is trying to get it away from my wife so I can drive it ocasionally!

    Test drove with Bruno and he gave us a quote before we left. Went back the following day and the first 'deal' he gave us on a car was more than the quote he gave us the previous day! We alerted him to that point and he came back with some other numbers. We gave him the bottom line as to what we wanted to spend and he told us more than once he couldn't do it. As we were prepared to walk out we finally struck a deal that included 2 years of service. The process was longer than I'd like it to have been. The whole process took 3 hours. Bottom line is that we are satisfied with the car and the deal we negotiated with the dealer.
