    Dan reviewed our current situation and policies, asked pertinent questions. On our second appointment he showed us what he researched and the illustrations of various policies for us to choose from. He answered our questions and explained any concerns we had. We also talked with his partner, Mike Whitaker, and he was very nice and knowledgeable as well.
      We decided to  move money into life insurance policies for better death benefit with living benefits, as well as moving other money into  annuities with more guarantee on our money - so we wouldn't lose money we had. The changes were done with money we already had, not costing us any additional money to accomplish our goals. 
    We have recommended Dan and Mike to others.

    They are wonderful.  I have been using them for probably 2 years or I suppose close to 3 years.  I like their promptness at selling your orders and their courtesy.  The staff is very friendly, very courteous and prompt.

    I was with another insurance provider years ago and the experience and service was simply terrible.

    Again, over the past year, I have contacted Medical Mutual several times.
    One particular call was in regards to approval of a lumbar MRI, which was originally denied. I found out that Medical Mutual sent the surgeon information to complete, for further review, but that the surgeon did not follow up.
    Medical Mutual was able to contact the surgeon and get the proper paperwork signed and approved. In a professional manner, my issue was resolved.

    My husband's employer contracts Medical Mutual to provide health insurance for its employees. For the most part, we've been very pleased with the insurance plan! Most physicians in our area are covered as and quot;preferred providers, and our coverage is very good. I rarely need to call Medical Mutual with any questions, and it's usually pretty easy to get hold of a customer service rep. I think they use local people in their call centers; all the customer service reps I've spoken with have been easy to understand, speak clearly, and seem knowledgeable about their service. I'm truly hoping that we won't be required to change health insurance providers once the new national health care plan fully kicks in!

    My coverage and service have been adequate, but the cost of that has been insane. My premium has gone from $500 for myself alone with no major health issues, to now a whopping $1250 a month for my 7 year old and myself, with a few health issues, but nothing catastrophic or extremely expensive. On top of that, my deductible is $2500 per person. This is on a grandfathered plan, and I have tried to change it, but the other options are no better. They keep jacking my rate up on a regular basis. As of right now, I was unable to get insurance from another provider, so am stuck with this craziness.

    They are really great and all the people there are nice. They're very professional, thorough, and a caring pharmacy. If I had forgotten one of my kid's allergy medications I could call them up and they'll give me their medicine. We can also get our prescriptions resealed in a timely fashion and they have an automatic refill which is very convenient for us.

    It was very good. I have no complaints. There was a problem with the equipment. The x-ray machine broke halfway through the procedure. The pictures wouldn't come out. I laid on the table for a long time, and it was cold in there. There wasn't anybody in there with me. The doctor asked me if I wanted to go through the procedure again, and I told him no. It wasn't necessary. They just wanted to see if there were any other problems. Other than that, the service was fine. They were very accommodating. I tried not to bother them anymore than I needed to. There was another time when the girl wasn't helpful with my shower. She just gave me my stuff, and left me alone. It was very difficult then. I'm much better now. At that time, I could've used a little more help. When I rang the bell, it took them a while to come. It took them 20-25 minutes.

    She had a wonderful experience. She usually has problems with the anasthetics after surgery is done, but this time she had no problems waking up or being ready to go home. She praised all of the doctors and nurses who worked with her.
