After each visit, the technician left a note telling us what he had done and why and whether he recommended additional treatments. He also suggested what we could do to keep the lawn looking good, such as not mowing too closely. Good Nature is costlier than traditional lawn care companies that rely on chemicals, but we feel the additional expense is better for the lawn and for the environment.- Lee and H.

AInsector InspectorAnthony did what I thought was a very thorough job in dealing with our mouse problem. He inspected for evidence of where mice had been. He looked for and sealed all potential entry points on the exterior of our home. He inspected our crawl space and set glue traps. We were very satisfied with the work Anthony did. AWe had a nest of wasps in the outer wall of our apartment for months. Maintenance workers attempted treatment several times with store-bought solutions, which failed to successfully eliminate the problem. When Brian came out from Complete Pest Solutions, he treated the nest quickly and professionally. We immediately saw a significant reduction in the population of the next, and within two days all activity ceased and we never saw another wasp in that area again. Great work!

ASuch friendly and caring people, abundantly fair pricing. Got an appointment quickly for ground bees/yellow jackets living under my front porch after getting stung and having a pretty nasty reaction to it. Tried OTC remedies, but did not eliminate them, and I was scared to use my front porch or even mow/weed whack around it for fear of getting stung again. They were highly recommended by 2 friends, and when I saw the Angie's list reviews as well, I was sold. They came out and sprayed in the cracks in the concrete on my porch, knocked out abandoned nests in the shutters around my front door and also searched around the rest of the property. Found another area where the wicked little creatures were living and took care of that nest too. I haven't seen one since, and if I do, they told me I just need to call back. I will most definitely use for any future extermination needs and highly recommend to others as well! A+++++

AI was concerned about the possibility of termites in my attic. Accel responded promptly to my request for an inspection, which was free. Mark arrived right on time and inspected the attic, where he found evidence of mice. He explained that their service would also get rid of the stink bugs I'd been seeing, plus ants, spiders, and any other pests. We discussed their annual plan, which would include this treatment plus three follow-up treatments during the coming year, as well as any on-call appointments necessary. Two employees arrived within two hours, sprayed all around the windows and doors from the inside and around the entire foundation outside. All of the Accel employees were professional, courteous and efficient. I would definitely recommend them.

AFred is a very thorough home inspector. He took his time to inspect the house and relayed all of the information in a very detailed report. Fred went through the different sections of the home and then recapped his findings to us after each portion. He was also available for follow up phone calls to help interpret the findings in the inspection report. The cost of the inspection is higher than most, but Fred makes it worth your while. He is extremely knowledgable on many home topics.

AThe original fence had not been installed properly; the job required pulling up the old fence posts and replacing with taller posts at the correct depth - concrete fill, gravel for drainage. It looks great! cost was more than expected; however, the job was also more involved than originally anticipated.
