    Tile floors are swept and mopped. Bathrooms surfaces are shiny and shower,sink and toilet appear very clean with great scent. Carpets are swept with a pace and repeating pattern that leaves carpet fresh and clean. Trash is emptied and receptacles relined with clean bags and freshener spray . Kitchen surfaces and all areas receive a hard scrub and polish. Cob webs on light fixtures and corners are whisked away. Angi and Alyssa price their services fair and deliver solid results. We contracted for interior cleaning every two weeks. This schedule works and if flexible day and time are needed Angi and Alyssa provide that solution.

    poorly. Cleaners did not have adequate supplies to clean. Vacuum cleaner would not pick up dog hair, even after vacuuming twice. Floor cleaner did not clean tile could still see mud on floor. They re-cleaned it with cleaner I provided. They did redo what I asked them to. I stopped after those 2 requests. 1 tub not clean, did not even attempt to clean tile black splash in kitchen.

    The owner herself came to my home to perform the "deep cleaning" I received for only $100.00 thanks to a coupon I got on the bulletin board at Fishers Foods. She washed my walls, cleaned my windows and even moved my furniture to get my floors properly cleaned. Plus she did the usual cleaning and had green options for cleaning products which really impressed me even though I am not personally picky about what products are used in my home. She was incredibly thorough and also had an amazing personality on top of that. I will absolutely be calling her back.

    Joann's Professional Touch
    I had been using Joanne’s cleaning service on a monthly basis since 2007.  At that time the name of her company was Joanne’s Professional Touch (788 St Rte 511, Ashland, OH, 44805).  It appears that she has now changed her company name to Joanne’s Home Solutions (596 Stephens Road, Akron, OH, 44312).  For a few years I had no issues with the workers from Joanne’s company.  However, on 11/20/2012 one of the workers stole many pieces of valuable jewelry from my home.  The worker initially denied the stealing the items but eventually the police recovered all the jewelry but one $1,195 necklace.  It has really been a grueling process over the past two and a half years to recover the $1,195 for the value of the necklace.  I have already been resigned to the fact I won’t get it back even though it had much sentimental meaning.  Joanne stopped picking up the phone, returning voice mails, responding to my emails.  I eventually went through small claims court where Joanne did not show up on the court date.  The court ruled in my favor but to no avail to receive the $1,195 because Joanne wouldn’t pay or respond.  Joanne’s company was bonded through Westfield Bond.  Westfield Bond did pay Joanne the $1,195 amount less the $500 deductible.  However, Joanne never passed the funds along to me.  I spoke through my insurance company and Joanne eventually did send the bond check but it was made out to Joanne so I couldn’t cash it.  I then had to wait many more weeks to work with Westfield Bond to actually receive the partial funds of $695.  At this time, it appears Joanne has no intention of giving me the additional $500 for full reimbursement of the $1,195 value of the necklace. I simply want others to know about this experience and be aware and vigilant before considering Joanne’s services. In addition, I had been a loyal customer of Joanne’s business for years and it is sad to see things play out this way.

    Very fast to respond to email and phone calls. The owner is very responsive but the quality of the work is lacking, I requested a "deep clean" for a basically empty 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. The owner shows up for the kickoff meeting but does not do the actual cleaning, I explained in detail what I was expecting to be cleaned, when I returned I was not happy with the deep clean in the master bathroom or kitchen. After leaving a message (late evening) the owner called back the following AM to schedule a crew back that day to address my concerns. The second time around the work was greatly improved, but cleaning a basic empty condo should have better results the first time. Yes, I would use them again to clean, but no second opportunity this time!
