    I had a very very bad experience with the above business and dont intend to use them again in the future if I am paying for the repair with my own money. The only reason why I went to this business was because it was the authorized repair center for Dyson and since Dyson was paying for the repair, they wanted me to take it there. This businesses dealing with customers is extremely unprofessional. This is the sequence of events:-
    1. My Dyson vacuum cleaner that I had purchased for $600 lost its suction after around 5 years of use. I called Dyson and they recommended that I take it to there authorized repair center. As I have purchased a lot of other stuff with them, they said they would take care of my issues at there expense.
    2. The vacuum cleaner had been dropped off on a friday and I got a call on tuesday regarding the estimate. The cost of the repair was $80/=. I informed him that I will call him back.
    3. I called Dyson and as agreed Dyson said they will take care of the cost of the repair.
    4. On thursday I called Mr. Doug and provided my claim number and informed him that I have worked out a payment arrangment with Dyson where Dyson will be taking care of the cost of the repair as a courtesy warranty service. I asked him if he had heard from Dyson. At this point he got irritated. He starts like and quot;This vacuum cleaner is out of warranty. This is my business. Dyson will not tell me how to run my businessand quot;. If it would be me in his place, I would not care who the payment came from as long as I get paid. Also I would listen to the customer and provide a logical answer e.g. inform the customer accordingly. An example of a professional answer would be like and quot;I have not heard from Dyson yet. If they are paying for the cost of repair I will have no problem as long as I get my moneyand quot;.
    5. After that experience I did not deal with him directly. I used Dyson as intermediary. Dyson sent all the paper work and Mr. Doug took care of the repair (Dyson Paid). When the repair was complete, Dyson informed me about it and I went and picked it up.
    6. I have used the repaired vacuum cleaner for a few weeks and it has worked flawlessly. As far as repair goes, Doug did a good job.
