They came in when they said they would, very promptly. They worked on our piano and we are very happy with them. Their price was what I expected to pay. I have kept their card for next year. I used them in the future.

Kathy arrived on time and got immediately to work on the piano.  I had a key that was sticking really bad and she was able to fix it.  She also repaired a crack in the pedal assembly.  I really suspect that the piano presented a much more difficult than average challenge due to its age, partial restoration, and new strings.  She did all the work without a hitch and really made the piano's sound come alive.  Very impressed!  Thanks Kathy!

Excellent! I was able to schedule the appointment for the date/time I wanted. Kathy came at the scheduled time - did a fantastic job. My piano had probably not been tuned for years and had been moved a couple of times so I expected it to be a big job. It only took a couple of hours at the most and cost what I expected from when I set up the appointment.

Great experience! My son was starting piano lessons and we had bought the piano from neighbors when they moved and it needed a tune up. I called Kathy at Stump Piano and she quickly returned my phone call and scheduled an appointment prior to my son's first lesson. She explained that there were two types of tuning and after listening to the piano, she could recommend which one was needed. However, she was great about explaining that the more expensive tuning was a personal preference not a "must do". Fortunately, our piano just required the regular (less expensive tuning). During the piano tuning, a string broke on the piano and she fixed it at no additional charge. It all went very smoothly and we would use her again.

Excellent work. Kathy Bright Took all the time needed to tune a temperamental piano. Didnt charge extra even though it took 2 1/2 hours. Cost less than expected.
