    This is the best cut I've had in years. She was great at helping to determine what would compliment my face shape and hair type. She also explained in detail how to style it to get different looks and manage the cut as it grows. I'll definitely be back!

    Tara looked at the card and said they had problems with the appointment site. I asked how she could assist me with the inconvenience. She said she could squeeze me in later and give me a 50% discount. I said that was not satisfactory. A red haired lady said I could go around to other salons in the building and see if they could take me. The red haired lady later came to me (since I was making a scene) and said they could now take me immediately at no cost. Another salon had just told me to try Bella Chic across the street. I left and had my hair cut wonderfully there with no waiting. I will not return to Uniquely You at the Lofts at Snider Crossing.

    Had a Hawaiian Tropical pedicure with Dana tonight and was very pleased with her work. Now I want to be honest in my review--if you are looking for a luxury spa, this might not be your style. But the lack of chandeliers and marble floors is made up by excellent work. Dana was polite, friendly, and her work was top notch. I plan to return.

    My regular hair stylist referred Tamra to do hair and makeup for my daughter's wedding. From the first contact to the time of the wedding she was calm, professional and incredibly efficient. Tamra and Lindsay, who is a hair stylist in the salon, came to the hotel just before we were having photos taken. They are both magicians! We all looked and felt like super models. Tamra included a and quot;trial runand quot; for the bride a week before the wedding, so we knew then what they were capable of doing. It was still remarkable--not only because of the quality of their work but because they made it so fun. Tamra has an amazing calmness about her that you cannot measure in monetary terms. Thank you so much Tamra and Lindsay for making my daughter's wedding day beautiful!

    It went great! I was cooped up in my home all through the summer due to medical issues so I had no tan at all. Tammy was extremely careful from a safety standpoint. No one else that I have used has been so careful to keep me from breathing in the tanning spray and making sure that I had all of the non-tanning areas covered -- ear canals, nostrils, palms of hands, soles of feet, etc. I will definitely go back again -- hopefully next week.

    She is amazing with children and the kids feel very comfortable with her. They actually ask to see her. The process has certainly helped bring some calmness and acceptance into their lives and we plan on continuing to see her. It has been a real blessing.

    It was excellent. I went to the location because I found a coupon in the neighborhood coupon mailer. I thought I'd give it a try, hoping there wasn't a wait as there sometimes is at the location I've routinely gone for pedicures. There was no wait. I have to say that the pedicure chair was the most comfortable one I've ever sat in, and the young man who took care of my feet was excellent -- gentle, thorough, friendly. 
    The environment in the facility was very nice, comfortable and sleek. The polishes are nicely arranged on the wall so you don't need to shuffle through a shelf to look at colors. All in all, it was a relaxing,comfortable experience. I will definitely return the next time I need a pedicure.

    It was great. The stylist, Stephanie blended several shades of color, mostly reds, and was spot on! My hair even looks highlighted because the gray in the hair picked up less color than the rest. So I got a color and highlights for one price. This woman is amazing. Then she topped off with the perfect cut for my face! I have also had waxing done there with no complaints. It is cheaper and the stylists take more time to figure out just what kind of look you want before they do anything else.

    the appt went well, however, within the next week i noticed that she had missed a lot on my upper lip and chin...i called back after 6 days and asked the girl who answered the phone if she could touch it up.
    she responded that it had been over 5 days and that i would have to pay full price !!! i explained that i had not been given that info and that i did not feel it was fair. she responded that it was their policy and that she could not do anything about it. i again explained that i had spent a lot of money for the procedure and that did not seem right. again she explained there was not anything she could do about it...
    i then asked to cancel my appt in september and she said ok...i did tell her that i had made a mistake telling everyone about the process and the business and she said nothing..i then shared that i was very disappointed and she said nothing..i explained that the problem was i was wasting my time because she obviously did not give a rats a**..(sorry)
    customer service is dead at this business...i was shocked at how poorly this was handled...

    FOLLOW UP....THE MANAGER CALLED ME THE SAME DAY AND LISTENED TO MY COMPLAINT. HE AGREED, AND WANTED TO DO WHATEVER WOULD MAKE ME HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. I SCHEDULED A TOUCHUP AND WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS. AS WITH THE FIRST TIME, EVERYONE WAS VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL..CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS INDEED NOT AS DEAD AS I THOUGHT.

    I like them. The stylist I use always speaks to me about if I was happy with the previous haircut. She's talented. It is an easy experience for me. They are very prompt. They have a really good staff at the front desk. They sell hair care products that are very good. It is a good experience.
