    RL Property Management
Horrible Horrible Horrible Horrible company they will not fix my friends sink who lives in one of their houses, among many other maintenance issues they have had. I tried to rent a home from this company also and when I got to the lease signing "after paying huge amounts of money in application fees" they threw in all kinds of hidden fees!!!! a 10 percent lease signing fee; are you serious?!?!? a $200 fee to to send me an electronic signature page over email!!!! They wanted all kinds of extra money they never told me about for a pet acceptance fee $100 bucks they also charged 4 of us a $40 application fee and then they demanded the prorated amount for the current month and the full next month at once!!! like really people I have to pay rent at my current property. If you add up the amount of money between application fees and 10% lease signing fee and pet acceptance fee that's a wopping $470.00 in fees before you count the monthly rent!!! Owners potential lessees I am going to repeat myself $470.00. Insanity!!! They demanded the partial month and net months rent upfront and refused to reason with us, then they pressured us into trying to sign a lease saying that they had other applicants and they where going to ignore my application if i did not stop asking questions!!!! First off thats illegal secondly they lied about there being other interested parties, I confirmed this with the 3rd party application processor. Excuse me for asking questions when you ask me for $5,000 for rent up front!!! Also to add insult to injury the exact issues we had with the home and why we did not sign the lease are they same issues I read about in a previous review either about the exact same house or another home. This home had water damage electrical outlets missing coverage and poor wiring to the main and dirty dirty dirty carpeting to which they refused to clean again for us. Like the last person wrote they will respond with some note trying to self justify their actions. PS. I find it HILARIOUS!!!!! that a previous review wrote that you took them to court and your company RL Property Management lost and then you have the nerve to say that person had bogus maintenance complaints; well if they won or settled I guess the judge did not think they where so bogus!!! LOL REALITY CHECK you are the problem!!! All your good reviews are from the slum lords that own these homes and you manage them for those people. Not one good review from a renter. the days of companies like this are numbered people in the day of internet social media and reviews bad companies like this are a dyeing bread, and are being exposed for the dirty rats they are!

I'm glad I don't have their service any more. A lot of times you'd be watching a channel and suddenly the sound would go off and it wasn't on just one channel, it was on various channels. I thought the price was a little high but I liked the convenience of everything being billed on one bill. There responsiveness was pretty good.

The therapy is not an issue.  The physical therapist was professional and did her job.  Therapy was stopped, however, after I found out the billing charges.  So therefore this complaint is based solely on the amount billed.
The exam fee was $238, for example.  15 minutes of questioning my son and the therapist completing a computer survey; app. 5 minutes of examining my son's ankle by manipulation; and app. 10 minutes to fit a brace.  In response, this survey could have been done prior to seeing the therapist, for it involved basic questions like rate 1 to 10 how hard it would be to walk down steps, etc.   All in all, not worth the money for an exam that was MANDATORY.  After the exam, the therapist introduced exercises that my son would be doing.  I originally thought this was part of the exam until I was billed $116 for this part, which lasted only 10-15 minutes.
Following the exam was a string of appointments which lasted 30-45 minutes.   I then received my bill for $1, 157.00.  After investigating this I found out that I was being charged $116 for each segment of fifteen minutes.  Also, one session went 38 minutes.  Since the third segment went at least 8 minutes, I was charged another $116 !  Unbelievable!
After speaking to customer service , I got nowhere.  There was no compromising, no settlement, nothing.  Their message was simple:  Our rates are competitive for hospitals, and if you don't pay then we will take you to collections!
To sum this up, I recently payed $110 an hour for private physical therapy.  So for a hospital to tell me that a $464 an hour  charge is reasonable and fair is ridiculous.  Plus the fact that they are taking advantage of consumers!  So what did I learn?  Go to private physical therapy where the care is just as good.  And if enough people do this then by supply and demand I guarantee that the hospitals will lower their price and charge what is really fair and reasonable!

    Mr. Mover of Ohio Inc
My experience with Mr. Mover of Ohio Inc. was fair. The storage fees were more than I expected them to be. I don't think I fully understood how their storage worked. He came out and provided a quote. They were not punctual. They were an hour and a half late.

    Northland Sewing Center
I contacted Northland Sewing in the morning, because my sewing machine was not sewing correctly. I had accidently dropped my machine from kitchen table to hard wood floors the night before. It had worked for a short while after the drop, but started acting up. Mike tried to help me over the phone, but said if these things didn't work he was there until five.I tried the things he suggested but they did not change my problem. Living far from Northland area, I drove 40 minutes to see if he could help me. He took apart the back of my machine and found a piece that had been jarred loose from the fall. He put it back together and in five minutes I was back on the road. When I asked how much he said it was no problem and even carried my machine to my car.I would not hesitate to return if I need additional help with my sewing machine.

    Ice Mountain
Ice Mountain have excellent customer service and pricing. I signed a contract to lease their water cooler for a year so they don't charge me for it and the price of the water is less expensive than competitors.

    Memorial Hospital
The nursing staff is great. Friendly, communicative and overall great. We have found the doctors are not comfortable treating children. As a result, they always recommend an ambulance ride to Children's Nationwide. The first time we openly agreed and spent a small fortune on an ambulance and found that our child was fine and that Nationwide stated it may have not made sense to take the trip. The second time we openly stated we did not think the trip was necessary and they essentially stated they thought it was and that our child could be in danger. So, another ambulance trip and a small fortune. Nationwide openly stated that our child was fine and that we did not need to be there.

    Memorial Hospital
I liked the attending doctor. I was not very impressed with the rest of my visit at all. We are currently thinking of changing our medical coverage so that we can go to another hospital in the future.

    Time Warner Cable
The software that they just installed breaks up the signal so sometimes my dvr stops recording the program I am trying to record. I would check into all of your alternatives before signing up with them.

    Time Warner Cable
I don't have a choice but to use them. I have continual service outages. Senior management is not very customer service oriented. I'm one of 9,000 customers that has a problem with DVRs which Time Warner refuses to correct. They also don't provide any adjustments to the bill regarding these problems.
