They are the most caring, compassionate and knowledgeable vet in the area. It takes 10-15 minutes to get back to her. I don't think they can improve anything. They do super, super work. The people are very friendly and very compassionate. The vet is a brilliant diagnostician. He had a great deal of experience and he is willing to listen to the human parents of the animals.

    Buckeye Barks and Bubbles
She does a great job, and came to our house with a mobile dog-washing van outside.  I use them about every 10 weeks. The price is not the cheapest way to groom your dog, but you would expect to pay for the "luxury" of someone driving to your house with a mobile grooming van. Whether or not the extra cost is worth it is a personal subjective free-market value decision... what is it worth to have someone eliminate the hassle of not having to drive my dog somewhere and wait, or drop off and go back a few hours later, etc?

We have 2 labradoodles that absolutely love 4 Paws.  In fact, when needing them to come to the house quickly, we yell, "It's time for school." - and they sprint to us.

We have been customers for 8 years or longer, and we are continually impressed by them.

Our dogs love the day care program, but we especially appreciate the boarding...because we know they will have plenty of time running and playing, and they won't be kept in a tight kennel just pouting until we return.

    Animal Hospital Of Shawnee Hills
Our new puppy (we had only had him one week) wouldn't eat and wanted to sleep all the time.  We had taken him to another vet and were told that he was fine and that we should make him eat.  Unfortunately, a few days later his systems became considerable worse.  We contacted Animal Hospital of Shawnee Hills and scheduled an appt.  They were able to get us in the same day.  Before we could even get in to see the vet, our puppy began to have seizures.  I immediately called them again to ask if they could get him in right away.  They said the would see him as soon as we could get there.  As soon as we arrived, we were kindly greeted and almost immediately put into a room and saw the vet within minutes.  They gave me an estimate of all charges before they continued their service (which was very helpful).  After doing bloodwork, it was discovered that our puppy was in kidney failure and there was very little they could do.  However, the professionalism with which they handled the situation and the care that was shown for our family (my husband, myself, and our five children were all there) was a true blessing.  They gave us time to grieve in a side room before asking what we would like to do.  I am truly grateful that we found this vet and will be returning in the future with other animals that we have.

I go here because they listen to my instructions about my Newf. He's up in age and arthritic. He can't stand for long periods of time. They do him slowly and with care.I know because Rums can't wait to get out of the car when we pull in the parking lot. He always looks and smells fabulous after the grooming.
She has shaved him on numerous occasions but since he has gotten older she's just doing a wash and a trim..Also this is the only place I would board him..They have wonderful facilites. The dogs are not caged until evening about 7 p.m. They have the run of the yard and building..Staff are fun and professional...A+++++

    Lance's Hidden Fencing
We moved to a new home, put in the fence ourselves.  Our "baby" is somewhat stubborn and will often take the charge of the  fence.  After completing her training (3rd home with underground), she promptly ran to the neighbors and fought their dog, resulting in some substantial wounds to the eye area.
We couldn't figure out what the problem was.
I had been referred to Lance by numerous people and decided it was time to bite the bullet and ask him to come out.  We were hoping he could see what we were missing.
I called to set up an appointment, dreading the cost the whole time.  Instead of booking an appointment, he spoke to me for almost an hour going through different scenarios that could alleviate the problem.
I was very appreciative that instead of just booking an appointment to make more money, he was willing to just talk it through over the phone.
    GREAT Customer Service!

    Red Barn Bed & Biscuit
Our experience here has consistently been fantastic. The kennel is very clean and smells clean. Wendy has always been more than accomodating for early or late pickups/dropoffs when she can accommodate it. Her husband takes the dogs for a run each day, which my dog loves. I like that the kennels have room inside, but each one has a doggy door to an outside run as well. Gives them more freedom. There is an above-ground cot that each dog has inside their kennel so they aren't sleeping on the ground, and you can bring whatever blankets, pillows, etc. from home that your dog is used to. Wendy has previous experience in a veterinary office which was helpful when our dog stayed with her while on medication, because she had no problem getting him to take the drops and the medicine. They genuinely love the pets they keep, and you feel very comfortable leaving your family pet with them. Very professional but down to earth. Prices are fair.

I called ahead to make an appointment and the staff was very friendly. I was told my dog could run around in the daycare yard until it was time for his service so it made me very happy to know he would not be caged all day. When I dropped him off the staff was friendly and told me he would be ready to be picked up in the afternoon. When I returned around 2:00 he was not ready yet, which was fine, I wasn't really given a specific time. I returned again a couple hours later and he still was not ready. I was finally able to pick him up around 6:30. My dog is a golden doodle and I specifically told them when I dropped him off that I wanted his beard shaved down because he always drips water all over the floor. When he came out his face was trimmed down except for his entire snout which had two large puff balls of fur on either side. He looked absolutely rediculous. I thought maybe this was how this breed was supposed to be groomed so I didn't say anything. When I got him home I realized the rest of his body was very uneven and choppy looking. I had never taken a dog to be groomed before so I didn't know what to expect. A few days later my aunt, who used to be a groomer, saw him and was mortified. Since I had given them specific instructions that were obviously not followed I decided not to take him back to have it fixed. I thought it would be more trouble than it was worth.

    JB's Pet Corral
I dropped my miniature poodle there for grooming.  I received a phone call approximately 45 minutes later They took my dog out to their "fenced-in" area and she somehow escaped and they called to let me know that they were looking for her and could I come help.  To make a long story short-she was never found.  This is a husband and wife business-the wife was nice-the husband was a real jerk and never once apologized to me-we ended up in small claims court.  The owner (husband) actually told the judge that it was the dogs fault that this happened!  The judge replied "no the dog was under your care it was your fault".  I won my suite but it was not about money.  This dog was a family member and they should have bent over backwards to help me find my dog or at the very least the husband could have apologized and acted concerned-this was not about the money it was about admitting you are at fault and being a decent human being and apolgizing.

    Indian Creek Veterinary Hospital
We have used Indian Creek for years now and love them. They make our dogs feel at ease and we always have any of our questions answered. They have always been very comforting to us with our dog trauma ( having to put down three dogs, two of them within 2 weeks of each other) and having to send a dog to OSU for emergency surgery. Our dogs love them and feel quite at home with them, no anxiety. I can't say enough good things about them. Dr. Ingrid and Dr. Jonathan have a great practice.
