ARetrofoam of Central OhioIt went great. They arrived when they said they would, it was an extremely cold day and they worked like troopers. The project took 2 days, but they told me that up front. They were very nice to work with and cleaned up after themselves very well. Final price was exactly what was quoted, even though my house was built on a hillside and had extra challenges with some sloped walls. Overall was a great contractor- Joe B.

AGriffey RemodelingHaving worked with multiple remodelers and contractors on two different houses, Charlie Griffey is by far the best I've ever worked with. I have high expectations, and Charlie exceeded every one. Charlie had workers at my house every day (including some weekend days) during my project and communicated with me (unsolicited) on a daily basis. This is unheard of for a contractor. Furthermore, his subs do great work. Charlie was not satisfied until we were completely pleased. He even called later after the project was completed to make sure we were happy. He had recommendations for me that I was hesitant to pursue, but he ended up being spot on. Furthermore, we encountered a delay (in shipping--not Charlie's fault), and Charlie remedied the situation himself in order to stay on track. I cannot say enough good things about Charlie's communication, professionalism, efficiency, or attention to detail.- Caroline S.

AKlaus Roofing did an excellent job on the new roof. From taping the seams and 6 ft up of underlayment protection from the edge, Valentine and his crew did a super job. He found the source of the leak from a previous roofer which screwed up the flashing. I was up on the roof during the day and could see they knew what they were doing. 30 year warranty

AAll went well. Got the job done! Not seeing or hearing any squirrels. Jake was professional, courteous, accessible, responsive, and qualified. Ashley, at company, also responsive. Clearly know their stuff, and I learned a thing or two in the process. Approached in methodical manner. Process, work, & cost just as initially described. Set two traps at a time on roof (did not have best weather to work with -snow, ice, frigid temps) removed 5 squirrels, repaired & wildlife proofed entry point.

FDuring the initial meeting when we received our estimate and up until the day we signed our contract, we were very pleased with our decision to go with Mike and his company. He had lots of information to pass along, plenty of "5 stars" and "A Ratings" with documentation to prove it. Lots of wonderful talk and paperwork showing how important his clients were to the success of his company. Once we signed our contract everything began to go downhill. It took more than 3 months to get the new roof put on (was told no more than 4 weeks, weather did play some of a roll in this so we didn't hold a grudge over it). However, they came and installed an entire new roof and tear down in one day while my wife and I were at work, no notification they were coming or working at the house that day. No chance for us to see what it looked like below the shingles, no chance to meet his subcontractors, no chance to take the dogs somewhere for the day. The very first rain came just a few days later, we had 2 new leaks. Mike wouldn't return our phone calls and it took another 8 weeks for them to come out and fix the damage (on the outside, we were responsible for all the new damage inside the home). Another 5 months went by, playing phone tag and exchanging text messages with Mike. We were continually told we were next on the docket for gutters. Finally we cut our losses and hired another company to do it instead. No apology, no coverage for new damages, and overall a terrible experience that I would not hope for any homeowner. In the year and half since, we have had to do more repairs on our "new" roof, and rather than use our warranty we have paid to have someone else come and work on our home. Our money deserved to have gone elsewhere.

AWe had wind storm damage needed to repair some one recommended this company I call and spoke with salesman NIel Mckinley he come over the same day told me it is best to replace it because the roof is old and will have problems in future took his advice he give me estimate it was in my budget I had three other estimates all of them were well over this company. Niel is very nice person and easy to work with and after the installation he even give me up grade warranties to silver. AMike's roofing is very professional from start to finish! Troy's estimates were exactly as quoted on final cost. The roofing crew did an amazing job. Prompt work, cleanup during and after was very much appreciated. Very polite and professional. The insulation crew was working at the same time. Blowing in another 8" in our attic. Work was completed in one day! That was very impressive! A few days later the crew for gutters, downspouts and gutter guards arrived. They also did a fabulous job! Highly recommend this company.
