Out of the 3 companies we evaluated and measured against our needs Landscapes by Terra was the ONLY choice for us. Many companies to pavers well, many specialize in pavilions or decks, etc, etc, only landscapes by terra do it all and take all of the risk out of the equation and it’s due to their consulting and engagement process. I rarely ever submit reviews online but this company is more than a cut above everyone else. If you want the job done right and exactly in line with your vision there is no other choice in central Ohio. You pay for what you get. Landscapes by terra came in at a much higher cost of everyone else and we gladly spent the money and we are gladly going to enjoy what they built for years and years to come and we would gladly spend the money again. If you want to have a customer experience that delivers exactly what you vision that is effortless during the production phase then you have come to the right place. They will be the first place I call for anything. They even warranty their work for ten years which is unheard of in the industry!- Mike C.

ALandscapes By Terra, IncWe had a lot of work done to our backyard, including removing a playhouse and swing set, adding topsoil and seeding grass, adding a dry creek bed, and planting 15 bushes around the house. AJunk ProsI chose a window of time of 8-10 am for the service. They called at 9:15 to say they would be there in 20 minutes, and they were. Evan and Cody removed the desk in less than 15 minutes. APro FlooringI bought remnants for two small bedrooms from a big box store but did not trust their installation crew so took to Angie's List for the first time, where I came across Lee. Knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to take the time to make sure everything was done right. He drove to the store to pick up the carpet, brought it into my home, and was very careful not to damage any of the new baseboard I'd just put down. He did an amazing job on both rooms, my home looks and feels much more "home-y", am beyond happy. If I ever needed any carpeting done, would gladly call Lee again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Very nice man, very nice work.- Paul P.

AWe Haul JunkThey replied to my request promptly and we set up a time and payment. I was having a queen mattress, box spring, and headboard moved and they gave me a 2 hour window nope them to come 12-2. They showed up at 12 confirmed the payment price and moved my items within 15 mins. Great service and I will hired again.- Jasmine W.

AJunk ProsI feel bad for these guys. The TV would not slide out of the enclosure and they had to disassemble/demolish the TV in place, Never heard one complaint. They went about their work carefully and honored their quote. No damage was done to my house which is almost unbelievable given how difficult it was to take the TV apart. I wish all businesses were this pleasant to deal with. Cannot recommend these guys enough. These guys are a local business, hire them!- Kurt N.

ADump Bros, LLCMy mother hired Dump Bros to remove and dispose of a hospital bed. We went with them because their rates were lower than the other company we inquired with, but we were initially concerned that this might be a "you get what you pay for" situation. Well, we needn't have worried. When I called Mom to see how things went, she was just gushing about how nice they were. And she was also impressed at the prompt, professional service she received. Although they were very efficient, they were also quite conscientious and took great care to make sure they didn't scuff her walls or doorways (which couldn't have been an easy task given how narrow her hallway is). AAwesome service - would highly recommend. We had a set start time and the crew showed up 10-15 minutes early to be prepared to start right on time. They were extremely friendly, helpful, efficient, professional, and careful of our belongings. I rarely leave reviews unless the service either far surpassed or didn't meet my expectations. AAbsolutely phenomenal work, I don't have enough good things to say about these guys! Found them from an ad in the Madison Messenger, gave them a call last Monday, and they were able to make arrangements to come out to West Jeff not even a week later. The bobcat operator, Joe, was just a great guy, and the precision with which he operated that machine was amazing. The work was in tight tolerances and required excavating right up to the side of a house, but he had no problems getting a clean cut, grading the area, and laying down a perfectly sloped crushed limestone base that's ready for concrete. The results far exceeded any of my expectations. For reference, roughly 35 cubic yards of dirt and stone were excavated and hauled off for disposal. Joe was very easy to work with, and had some great recommendations. Very glad to have had him out for this project--I seriously couldn't be happier with the results, and the overall cost of everything was quite reasonable. Highly recommend!

FI had used this company successfully 4 times in the past. This time I requested a quote online as always. The response came back from a company named Professional Auto Shippers with the same phone number as Executive Auto Shippers. They sent me a price and we set the first day of pickup as May 20. Understanding the 3 day pickup window, I got concerned late on the 21st. On a phone conversation I was promised someone would call me before the end of the day. That did not happen. The next day I called at about 10 AM because we had a 2 PM flight to return to Illinois. No answer or call back. We got in the car and made the drive back in 2 days. This morning I received information from the company and a truck driver that our car would be picked up sometime today, 7 days after the first pickup date. I told the driver we had already driven the car to Illinois. I doing a little research I learned apparently this company operates under several separate names, although the phone numbers are the same and the contact person, Ray Rodriguez is the same.
