  This could not have gone better. Norm responded to our request the day we reached out and scheduled to complete what we needed within 1 week. The two men that Norm sent were excellent. They were extremely professional and gave us their honest opinion when installing our storm door. The two men worked quickly, but were extremely precise. We noticed a gap on top and they were quick to fix the problem. We would not hesitate to reach out to Norm again for future projects.

He kept in touch with me throughout the process and promptly answered or sought out answers to any questions I had. The job went smoothly and when a problem arose with the storm door, Lou was on it and got back to me with the resolution the same day! I have had the opportunity to speak with Jessica in finance and Quincy, who was in direct contact with my insurance company for parts of the job that were covered under my policy. Everyone involved in this company has been very professional and courteous. It has been a fantastic experience and my house is gorgeous!

  Affordable Interior Finish Carpentry & Floors

  Brian did a great job.  The doors had been previously framed in the basement, but never had the doors installed.  Brian did a great job hanging 8 door slabs that had to be cut, routed, and hung.  The original carpenter made the framing too big, so Brian added material, and made it look perfect.  The doors close tightly, and feel solid.  I would like to replace the builders special doors upstairs and add hardwood floors, and I have already asked Brian for quotes.  I am very pleased with the results......

  He was very friendly but we knew someone through the family that does this type of work so we actually went with him and he was a better deal.  The salesman from Richardson Exteriors was really friendly and stuff.  When it came down to who was actually going to be working on my house, I didn't know who that was going to be versus the person we are going with since I know them so I feel more comfortable having my kids here and stuff.  The cost depended on what we were wanted to have done.  If he did everything it was going to be around $1300.  He was punctual and came out when he said he was going to.  He actually even called me because he was running early.  The only thing was that when I got here, he got here earlier than me and he had already gone out and working which was fine but in some ways I thought they should have waited till I got here.  He was friendly and very nice.  I thought the quote was very reasonable.  I would consider them I guess.

  It was great. He's actually done two more for me. They show up when they're supposed to show up. They're very, very cordial. They clean up after themselves. J.B. makes it a point to drop by and see every job has been finished and make sure everybody is happy. They just go above and beyond compared to others. I've had construction on other houses and comparatively, they're just great. I plan on having them back in the spring. His crew is small. They're great. They're very personable. I think they go above and beyond what I ask them to do. Even when they finished, they cleaned my house like I would have done it. The hardwood floor installation was $14,000. They did everything but three bedrooms. It was probably 1200 square feet. They did downstairs and upstairs. It looks great. They look fantastic. Their pricing is about average. I've had a couple other quotes and it was in line.

  It did take him a while to complete the job because he had to wait twenty for hours after he filled in the doors so it could set properly. He did have to make three different trips. He was referred to me by other people. He is very nice and friendly. He took his time and did the job right.

  When he arrived he promptly looked at our doors as well as other things we were concerned about. He seemed knowledgeable and helpful. He took off his shoes when he came into the home which gets major points from me! He fixed our two door issues quickly and charged us a fair price.   He came out looked over everything, pulled out all of the old insulation and put new insulation in. Blew insulation in the garage, put a door in the area between the house and garage, put in new vents, he was a really nice guy, professional, he did the work well and did it efficiently.

  Steve Miller

  Steve did an excellent job on the carpentry and framing work. He had added a new bathroom for us previously, and the two rooms are the only square and plumb rooms in our old house. The cabinet install looks great. He did an exceptional job of working around how crooked our house is, to make the final product level, but still line up well with old floors and walls.
  
  The best part about working with Steve is how flexible he is. We were in constant communication about how to handle the problems in an old house, or how to make sure the finished product exactly matched our preferences. He is very up front and fair. We spent the whole project fighting supplier delays with the cabinet parts (which were out of both of our control), and he just worked his schedule around it without any drama.
  
  He kept the work site spotlessly clean, and didn't spill anything over in the rest of the house. With the amount of dust generated by the demolition work I consider this quite a feat.
  
  Overall, I have hired Steve for two separate jobs, and been completely satisfied with his performance in both of them. He is highly recommended.

  Steve was easily our cheapest bid. Our house is old enough that projects tend to be a little scary, and many of the contractors I spoke to either did not want the job, or priced it unreasonably high. He was booked out about a month when we got our quote, but he kept us up to date on the time remaining on his jobs and when he would be able to get started on ours. At all times he was communicative, giving me a call or an email almost every evening through the process to work through exactly how we wanted things and to keep us up to date. I have some background in construction, and I was completely satisfied with the quality of his work. Our old house has shifted so much and is nowhere close to square, so Steve's work almost looks out of place by being perfectly square, plumb, and level. He kept the work site clean, did not spread any of the mess from the construction into the rest of the house, and removed all trash when he was finished. He was very accommodating with the changes (and occasionally mistakes) we made to our design. He did a good job of explaining our options and giving us a recommendation of how he would do it, but leaving us the final control. He was 100% honest and up front about all charges, changes, requirements, and even when he could and could not be at the job site. He has completely completely trustworthy. We have other work in the house that I may not get around to doing myself, and I fully intend to bring Steve back out if I don't.
