    He was extremely knowledgeable, precise and honest. Originally thought the timing belt needed replaced also but told me it was new. When the question atone about gas mileage he explained it is a carbonated engine and he could clean it all but then it would lead to more work needing done. He could've done it and waited for another phone call but he was up front and honest and let the choice to me. THANK YOU MOBILE MECHANIC AND ANGIES LIST.

    Started out great. Called on a Sunday and expected to get voicemail. Got an answering service (real person). Very good. Left a message with the service and got a call back from Care about an hour later (on Sunday). Impressive. Scheduled a service call for the next day. Excellent responsiveness. Tech came on time. My wife was there and put me on the phone with the tech. Tech said the system came up and was running just fine. I explained the history. He said he would do a thorough inspection of the furnace. He later called and said the heat exchanger was bad (cracks), which means the furnace needed to be replaced. Said the heater would run but we needed to replace it ASAP so we didn't run the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning. Only charged me $69 for the visit. I was quite impressed.



    I got home that night and the furnace was dead. No lights. No startup attempt. Dead. For 18 years, the system always at least attempted to start up. Something had changed. I assumed the tech either disabled it intentionally for safety reasons, or shorted something out on the control board on accident.

    The Care sales person came out the Thursday after the initial tech visit. She looked at the system and had three new options for us the next day, ranging in price from about $8-$10.5k.

    I asked to talk to the tech that worked on our unit. I have since asked twice more. I have yet to get a call from him. The temps were close to 0 with the wind chill yesterday and we have no furnace. I'm not happy about this.

    Second issue - I called another company to get a second opinion. The tech from the other company arrived and I told him Care said the heat exchanger was bad. He said "it's under warranty." I said it can't be. The furnace is 18 years old. He said any furnace worth having has at least a 20 year warranty on the heat exchanger. I am surprised Care never asked about that. I called Care in the first place because of the way they position themselves via their advertising -- "our techs are paid to fix furnaces, not sell new ones." The other company contacted the manufacturer of my furnace and ordered the heat exchanger. They will be replacing it at a cost of less than 10% of what a new furnace would have cost.

    This place was absolutely amazing. They had a crew that was top notch and took care of everyone of our service needs for our daughter's mini cooper. Matt especially was great! He kept us informed every step of the way corresponding with us well after their closing time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that needs service performed on their car. By far the best experience I have ever had dealing with a auto service group!

    The owner called to let me know they would be late due to traffic (I do know the traffic was particularly bad that day).  Once he got here he apologized for being late and got right to work.  After he detailed the interior and exterior of my car he cleaned-up everything...I was really pleased that my newly sealed driveway looked like it did before.  He was professional and curtious.  The entire experience was great...I will use this company again and would not hesitate recommending them to my friends and family.

    I've never had any problems. They've always done a good job and they are very friendly. They have taken care of me and if I needed a vehicle in an emergency if the repair was going to take longer, I've gotten a vehicle from them. They are very nice to accommodate. 

    When they service my car and they see something that is a problem, they will come and tell me about it. They'll mention it's not anything major but it's something I should consider having done down the road. I think they are just letting me know what's going on and they never say it has to be done right then. I have been with companies that say you have to get "this" done right then and try to scare you but this company does not do this. If they do find something that is urgent or a hazard, they will let me know and give me the option of doing it then or scheduling it for later. 

    One time, they offered a price for a service but when I showed them the coupon of another company that was doing the same service for cheaper, they knocked down the price to match. I was very happy about that! We like going here and they always get me in when I need to get in.

    Jeff was running a little behind when I got there, but it wasn't a big deal.  He did not rush through the work on my car in order to make up time.
    The finished product looked excellent!  I couldn't be more pleased.  Jeff even called me on my way home to tell me to be sure
    not to roll my windows down for 2 or 3 days.
    Overall, I'd recommend Professional Eclipse to anyone wanting a quality tint-job done!!  And, I thought the pricing was fair!
    My wife was pleased and now wants her vehicle done!

    I called on the day of service they got me in asap. I took the car to them and because I live close they brought me home. When the car was finished they called, came and got me. Had I lived farther away I would have waited for the car. I do know they would have set up a time come and got the car and brought it back to me if I wanted. Great job. Thank You!
    I thought I had already sent this review to Angies List but don't find it. Thus I am re-submitting it because this is a trust worthy company and I feel people need to know about them.

    From the moment that I first contacted them about an appointment to the followup checkup, I knew that I was in a shop that new what they were doing and really believed in customer service. My transmission was in bad shape and honestly I figured that I would just pay to have them assess how bad it was, have them put it back together and sell the car. And when they first called with the details and cost for a new transmission, that is what I told them. But after some discussion and some other options were put together for me, I wound up taking their advice to put in a rebuilt transmission with a bit smaller warranty. I was worried at first that I had just been sold a bill of goods, but honestly the professional work that they did, the concern that there were so many parts they had to replace that they wanted to follow up a few times to make sure it was all correct made me realize I was dealing with a company that actually cared about what they did. I have since put another 3000 miles on the car and the transmission is quieter than it ever was (even the original) with no leaks or clutch slippage. Highly recommended!!

    Absolutely great experience - I highly recommend this garage.  Looking for a new repair shop, I checked Angie's List and saw Dotson's.  Check engine light has been on for over a year - we were told by dealer it was the catalytic converter.  Starting to sputter and chug finally...not much power anymore so took it in.  I called on a Wednesday afternoon, they got us in Thursday morning and had it complete by the time I got off work at 3pm.  They drove around with me in it to let me listen and feel the difference.  Answered all my questions.  Each of the staff I dealt with was very friendly, very professional and seemed knowledgeable.  Prices were very reasonable compared to what we were quoted originally elsewhere.  Van is running great now.
