Dewitt & Sons & Daughters Appliance Repair
Was very pleased by the work performed. Initially had a repair service from Columbus, OH out but the company was unprofessional and incompetent and created an additional problem. As such, I called DeWitt to explain the issue (worn out freezer hinge- the original problem and inoperative water dispenser). In two days, Casey DeWitt came out with the replacement hinge and repaired that problem. He also troubleshot and solved the water dispenser issue caused by the previous "repair" company (hoses were switched).

They have the WORST customer serviced I have ever encountered. lots of "we don't have time for that" "I make x amount of calls each day, I don't care about 1% of reviews" and negative attitudes. I am surprised this place is still in business.

    Marysville Appliance Service & Repair
I called the phone number and the voice mail was full. I did type my number then for someone to be paged. I did this two days in a row with no response. Their website lists a local phone number and then I read in a review that they were now called Dublin Appliances so I called that number and again left my number for someone to be paged. I did this 2 days in a row with no response. I wonder if they are still in business.

I was pleased and impressed that the service man was able to figure out how to install a clothes dryer vent in a space that was problematic.  Two other pros had failed--the movers, who hook up dryers as part of the moving price, and our handyman, who made it work but the dryer stood into the room too far for the bathroom door to close.  The service man took about half an hour to create and put on an attachment that was viable and safe.

It's a long time since I've had an appliance worked on but $70 for a service man just to walk in the door seemed a little high.  The labor was $65 for half an hour and parts were $20.  Both of these charges seemed very reasonable.

He was very polite when he came in our home (introduced himself, put on booties and went straight to work). After determining the issue was the circuit board, he explained why it was the problem using an electrical diagram. He put together an estimate for parts and labor and then asked if he could speak candidly. He told us we should buy a new dishwasher. There was a chance a new circuit board would be a refurbished unit, and the warranty from the manufacturer and himself would be good for only 90 days. He gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision, along with his recommendation. He had enough integrity to basically turn down money he would make by doing the repair by telling us to buy a new dishwasher. When we asked what brand he would recommended, he told us which one he owns along with two others he would recommended. We highly recommend Andrew because of his knowledge, honesty and integrity.

    Marysville Appliance Service & Repair
I had to leave a message but they returned my call within 10 minutes and were able to come out the same day to fix my dryer. He was very professional, very nice. They aren't Marysville Appliance anymore, just Dublin Appliance. I would call them again. Prices were reasonable.

    CARE Heating & Cooling Inc
I called on Monday to have my AC unit serviced, it was not cooling like it should. I was surprised to see they had hours outside the typical 9-5. They gave me the window of 6pm - 9pm that same day, which was perfect for me so I didn't have to take off work. The technician, Nathan, showed up around 8:30 ran some tests, cleaned the AC coils, and let me know my options since I have a leak in my system. He was very thorough in his explanations and his recommendations. I decided to do a refill of refrigerant to see how bad the leak is and hope for the best. Was very happy with service and their availability!

It went great.  He advised us what we needed to do to fix it and the process to fix it for much cheaper than buying a new fridge.  He was prompt and professional and went above and beyond by explaining everything and being HONEST.  We were very happy and for the price, he saved us a lot more money than could have.  He gave us his

Tech was very courteous, and as it was his last job of the day, he stayed through supper time, until nearly 7 PM to complete the job, with no complaints, no feeling as if he couldn't wait to be done, no shortcuts, etc - just quality work.  Will definitely call upon again if needed in the future!

Andrew gave a 30 minute courtesy call and arrived right on time.  He stopped at the front door and put booties on over his shoes.  I've had to clean up after repairmen in the past so I appreciated that extra thoughtful step.  I explained the issue with our fridge to him (the ice-make works fine but the dispenser won't dispense) and he was able to diagnose the problem in less than 10 minutes.  He confirmed our suspicion that it was the motor in the ice-dispenser that had gone bad.  He told me it is a very easy part to replace and was honest enough to say that if my husband or I was even the least bit handy, we should be able to fix it ourselves without any issues.  We have lived without the dispenser working for a couple years but since we are in contract to sell our house we are trying to remedy this situation for the least amount of money possible.  He even looked up the part on-line and found the best price for us!  He left his card and told us to call him if we have any trouble with replacing the motor.  On top of his honesty and professionalism, he was very personable and polite.  He even talked about Cars with my toddler.  We will definitely call him again if any issues come up in the future!
