  • Ryan the MW owner showed up at exactly the time he said he would. He explained the process, what and how he would clean my carpet and went right to work. He made extra effort to make my light carpet (that I'm raising 6 kids on) look clean and new again. The stains were carefully taken care of and he did a wonderful job.

  • Krupp Moving Services did an excellent job.  I have moved locally and state to state 7 times in the last 15 years and this was the BEST moving experience I have ever had.  There were 6 men and two trucks to move my things out of the house. The next day there was a 4 man crew to unload.  Everything went smooth.  The crew Josh, Dave Y., E.J., Matt, Shane and Charles K. took care of my furniture and precious things like they were moving there own house.  They worked fast and communicated with each other.

I would recommend them to family and friends even strangers!

  • I called to schedule an appointment to have a representative come out to give me an estimate on the cost of moving my whole house from Marshallville, OH to Canton OH.   The woman on the other end told me that I was about 1 1/2 hours away from their location.  Because of that, there would be an extra cost for travel, about $340.  I told her that I understood but would like to still have an estimate done because they had an A rating.

From there it went downhill.  The woman on the other end basically told me that she did not want to waste her boss's time coming out to Marshallville.  She felt that their price may not compare with another moving company because of the extra travel cost.  Sometimes a small cost of $340 is nothing to the peace of mind that a moving company would care for your household belongs as if they were their own.  I felt that D&D didn't even care if they got my business!!!!  The woman on the phone told me everything she could to discourage me from using D&D!  Very disappointed in the customer service.

  • Mike Mackin did a great & reasonably priced job on replacing the faucets & shower head in my upstairs bathroom.  He recommended which brand of faucet / shower head set to buy when I scheduled the job with him.  Because the old faucet had been dripping for so long, replacing it was a bit more of a job then we had expected.  He had to cut a hole in the wall in order to get access to the pipes to which he needed to connect it.  To cover the neatly cut hole, he got a cover that is white & attractive looking, easily opened for future access & only cost $15.  The faucet / shower head kit I had purchased was also missing a screw.  Mike called the manufacturer while doing the job & arranged for them to send me a new screw that I easily placed a few days later.  I would recommend Mike Mackin to anyone.

  • Victor was very professional and timely in showing up for estimates and starting and completing everything exactly when he said they would, which is unheard of for most contractors.  He did a great job explaining what he would do and how he would complete the work.  I also know that it is difficult to pick up where some one else left off, so I am thankful he was willing to take the job on.  We had three other estimates ranging from $1,100 to $1,500 dollars so Victor was the highest, and after hearing his thorough explanations I expected an excellent job.  The work was completed in three days as he said, and the quality was good but not excellent.  The knock-down texture was somewhat smeared which doesn't match the other rest of the textures in the house, and to a trained eye the ceiling seams are still slightly visible, but I doubt anyone besides me would notice.  There were also little things like screws being missed that are not quite covered by our trim, and globs of plaster at the bottoms of the walls that need to be flattened/removed before installing trim.  But we are very satisfied with the skim coat they did in one bedroom to cover the cracks and imperfections in the old plaster walls.  Over all it was a good job, but not quite what I had hoped for since we selected the highest priced estimate.  I don't think I would have them back to texture any more ceilings, but I would consider using them again for other drywall finishing tasks because of their timely responses and prompt service.

  • My hot water tank broke. I called my home warrantly company HSA and they approved the work using Wiese Plumbing, Heating and Drains. This happened on a Sunday. Was told that a person from the Wiese Plumbing company would call me and make arrangements for the hot water tank to be replaced. They did call on Sunday and said that because I had a propain tank that they would have to order one and that someone would call me on Monday. NO ONE CALLED. I had to call them and someone finally came out late Monday afternoon. At that point, I have not had hot water for two days. When they came out I was told that they had to order a tank and would not be able to install the new hot water tank till Tuesday! I would be without hot water for three days now! And that I would have to pay a $100.00 fee for a permit. I checked with the Wayne County Health Department and was told that a permit was not required to change the hot water tank.
I called the home warrantly company HSA and was told that the work had to be done by Wiese Plumbing or they would not pay the service request. So I had no other option but to pay for the permit. Wiese Plumbing is over charging their customers. They never gave me a copy of the permit. And an inspector never came out to check on the hot water tank. So I feel that I have been ripped off.

  • A Sales Rep came to our house with samples of carpet, even though he
obviously did not have the number of samples that are available at
stores we had looked at, we found one which we liked more than any other
carpet we had looked at.  When we told the representative the price
range we were looking at and the quote we had received from other
companies, he brought his price down to match!  Installation only took a
couple hours to do two rooms totaling between 400-500 sq ft.
    A
week later we did have to have the carpet repulled since it came up
along one edge, but they came out promptly and spend 10 minutes
repulling it and we haven't had any problems in the last 6 months.  The
installers said it was the first repull they have had to do in three
years...which I'm not sure I believe, but regardless, they provided
    excellent and prompt service.In

  • This is the best carpet cleaning I have ever had.  My carpet has never looked better.  I've been having carpet cleaned for over 30 years & MW Carpet Cleaning is by far the best.

  • Very well. They did exactly what was agreed upon and left the house back as it was before the carpets were cleaned.
