    At Executive Auto, Betty was very helpful with all questions, answering each and every question, even before I had agreed to use their service. Betty also offered helpful tips and information not asked as well. I was very apprehensive as I had made the mistake previously of posting my requirements online and was inundated with brokers calling me for weeks. After finding executive Auto on Angie's list and speaking with Betty and mulling it over for a day, I felt very confident with the decision to use EAS services. Betty, led me thru the process, made herself available via phone pretty much 24/7 and provided the carrier's contact information, etc. The carrier was very professional and always answered his cell when called. Transportation could not have gone much smoother. Very happy! I would not hesitate to recommend EAS to anyone contemplating automotive transportation.

    They only completed the oil change. They said rear brakes where fine and they AC had pin holes in line however being the end of the season they did not think was necessary to complete.
    I take my car to them all the time. They are always fair and will call to see if I want to repair and tell me what cost is.

    Purchased the 1997 Toyota Corolla with 168564 mile for $3664 ($3200 for the car, plus $249.00 delivery & handling, plus $215 for taxes) for my son who recently graduated college.
    Before the car reached 168589 miles it required 2 front brake rotors, 2 rear struts, 2 rear stabilizer links, 2 brake lines replaced, 2 fuel lines replaced and the timing belt replaced. All totalling an additional $1675.00 in parts and labor to make the car safe to drive on the road.
    I know the car was old and I signed the necessary paperwork to purchase the vehicle, but I believe the dealerships  business ethics are questionable.
    Went thru the Akron BBB to see if Tempest Motors Inc would agree to pay for haif of the additional costs to make this vehicle safe and driveable. The dealers response was "we are sorry you experiened problems with the vehicle, but this vehicle was sold AS IS_NO WARRANTY".
