    Initially the gutters were fine and the price was better than most orher quotes. In addition they had a lifetime warranty. You get what you pay for with Gatshalls. Initially when i exclaimed their work was poor as the gudders pulled away from the side of the house they always promised to send someone to look at the issue they never did. They refused many calls to repair what was supposed to be a lifetime warranty. Make this company your last choice

    Showed up with no notice at 730 am. Roof looks good but two window screens and one metal window sill were damaged and no one has been back to repair as I was told. Also, a main gutter that was torn loose by them now leaks badly. I shouldn���t have to pay someone else to fix these things.

    I called to request a quote for repair and spoke with the owner, Clancy Malone. As I described the problem, he recommended that I could fix it myself and save some money. He gave me detailed instructions over the phone as well as a small checklist of things to look for. In all, he probably invested 15 minutes on the phone with what would be a non-paying job. It is rare to find a contractor who wanted to help more than he wanted to make a buck. He returned my initial email within an hour and returned my phone call the same day. Friendly, informative and an all around great professional. When we need any roofing work done, he will be the only call I make!

    I used M & R Roofing to repair some leaks in the metal roof on my home. I originally scheduled it for 01/13/2016. I was told that if they were able, they would provide an estimate and complete the work the same day. We had some snowy weather and the day before I recieved an email asking to reschedule as their roofers would be out working on existing customers roofs. This was understandable, and I was fine with the roof being rescheduled. I responded that 01/22/2016 would be fine to complete the work.
    I received an email response advising that  they would be out between 9 and 10 AM, and that they would send a reminder a day or so before to remind me of the appointment.I did receive a text message around 7:30 AM the day of 01/22/2016, but I did not receive any email reminder the day or two prior as directed. The text message asked if today was still good for the repair, and I did not see the text message until 10:15 AM. As no one had shown up yet, I responded via text, email and left a voice mail at their office as no one was available to answer the phone.
    So I ended up rescheduling the estimate again for 01/27/2016. I text and emailed them the day of advising that anytime that day would be fine to come out and complete the estimate, to ensure the miscommunication did not happen again. They came out and completed the estimate, but did not have the materials to complete the repair that day. I received an email with the estimate on 02/01/2016. I agreed to the cost and estimate, and stated whenever they could come out and complete the work would be fine.
    On 02/02/2016 I received an email advising that they aren't sure exactly when their roofers will be available, but she will let me know of a tentative date once she knows when they can come out.
    From there, I did not receive any further communication as to when they would come out. On 02/08/2016, the roofers showed up at the home. I was unaware they would be coming, but was happy that they were finally there to repair the roof.
    I would estimate the repair took 30-60 minutes all said and done. We haven't had much rain since the repair, and I can't say I would know what the repair would look like if I were to climb onto the roof. I can say I haven't had any water leak into the home since the repair.
    The majority of my communication was with Haley Rhoden. She was very professional but the communication at times was lacking. Outside of this concern, the rest of the experience was friendly and professional.

    At first I thought Angie's List was ripping me off because the guy that came out told me that he was doing all of this work for free. He told me that the deal only covered about 20 minutes of visual inspection and nailing down a few shingles. He also told me that he was only allowed to use the materials that would fit in his pockets. After talking with Angie's list however I now know that he was lying to me. The deal was $79 for $375 worth of service including: 

    $79 for two hours of spring roof, siding, and gutter maintenance
     Detailed exterior assessment
     Up to two labor-hours
     Inspector finalizes all inspections of your home
    Perform minor roof repairs to prevent future water intrusion
    Seal exposed nails and caulk accessories throughout roofing system
    Seal penetrations (i.e. unsealed pipe collars, exhaust fans/vents, and chimney flashing)
     Re-securing of loose shingles, gutters and downspouts
    Re-fastening loose fascia trim, re-securing of siding and shutters
    Written quote by an inspector, for insurance purposes if needed
    Any other areas that are in need of maintenance will be brought to the homeowner's attention, and a professional plan of action will be presented

    He didn't do anything on this list. I feel like I got screwed on this deal. I am a widow who is living on a very small fixed income and will not be taken advantage of  by Great Roofing & Restoration LLC.

    The provider was very professional and had shoe covers when entering my house. Our house was treated with respect. He inspected the roof and climbed into the attic to look for signs of leaking or damage. The roof was found to be ok and the attic was clear. The only source of moisture found was a bathroom vent routed into the soffit. He prepared an estimate for me to have that vent routed to the other side of the house. He was honest that that vent reroute was not absolutely necessary. No charge was done for the inspection and estimate. I would definitely use them again for any roof problems.

    Brothers Roofing and Construction
    Because of the early winter weather they had to cancel the appointment that was set up for tomorrow. They told me that we could get rescheduled but due to when I had ordered the Big Deal, they wouldn't be able to get to me until next spring. I really need the gutters cleaned prior to winter really setting in to avoid ice daming. I have contacted Angie's List in order to get a refund of the Big Deal purchase.

    They went fine. In fact, I’m not so certain if they even charge us for it. I’ve always had a reliable response from them. If I call them, they were responsible to get back at us. Pretty much everything that they’ve done for us has been acceptable. What they charged was just great.

    They are too expensive.  I wouldn’t refer them to anyone.  While they were working they called down that they would be charging an additional $228 for some straps that they didn’t see while they were doing the original estimate. They didn’t explain things very well.  The person who gave the original estimate was a nice guy.

    He didn't want to give an estimate or do any work until he saw my insurance papers. I called the insurance company and they said I shouldn't have to show him those. He did not call back, so I hired someone else to do the work. Now he is taking me to court for $550 for putting the tarp on.
