CRT charges $90.00 Per Hour for Labor which includes any errands they run out for parts. They also charge $65.00 for just walking through your front door, whether they do work or not. No proper disclosure prior to scheduling the appointment and certainly not till the work has been done. BUYER BEEEEEEEEWARE. TOTAL CHARGE FOR REPLACING A GARBAGE DISPOSAL WITHOUT THE COST OF THE NEW DISPOSAL $265.00. THIS BUSINESS DOES TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR SENIOR CITIZENS!!!!!!! THE HANDYMAN only charges $40.00 per hour call him.

Warren took my call and gave me advice on what to do since he couldn't get to me that day. When he found out I was Army, he rearranged his schedule so he could fix my problem that day. He showed up on time and got right to work. He really knew his stuff and was able to diagnose my problem in no time. He fixed it all in under an hour. I will be using him for all of my plumbing needs

Not only did they arrive when they were scheduled, the problem was diagnosed in minutes and repairs completed within 30 minutes. He replaced the gaskets and bolts and reveled the tank - lighting fast. After the repairs were completed, he explained the issue and gave me tips on what to look for should the same problem occur in the future.

he did not show or call the day he said he would be there. I gave him two days and then called in the afternoon. He showed up the following day as on the day I called again, he did follow thru... I called him back approx 2 weeks ago that the toliet was once again running plz come and look. Unfortunately it costs me the consumer add't money on my water bill, so I have since shut the water supply line down leading to that particular toilet/bathroom... Too date, I have not heard, received a call or have seen the repair individual again..., Now I am responding to your survey

Sump pump was installed in a timely manner and professionally done. I was very impressed with the salesperson and his knowledge of products. This is the second project done for us by this company and we are very pleased with their professionalism and quality of work.

They was very thorough and explained everything they did to protect the pipes from freezing in the winter. I had an empty rental unit that I was concerned about during the winter months. They bled the pipes and disconnected the outside hoses.

First of all, the date I had to mark is just approximate; the last visit was in the spring or summer of 2015.
We moved to FLB in Marion, 20 years ago and have a huge amount of killer roots in our soil.  They take over everything, and it's a usual sight in our neighborhood to have a rooter service in someone's driveway.  We tried the other companies and had to wait days for someone to respond which is awful, especially when you can't bathe or use the toilet.  I even had a man from Roto-Rooter shake his head and said there was nothing more he could do, still charged us, and then we called Harold's Rooter Service.
Ever since that time, we have used Harold's Rooter Service.  They respond quickly, have very reasonable prices, friendly service and most importantly, their quality of service is exemplary.  They don't wear uniforms or anything so don't expect guys in a jumpsuit with patches and matching hats--these are real hard working men who know exactly what they are doing.  They always give us a receipt, keep track of their visits to their customers, and guarantee their work.
My husband last time, mentioned he wants to build a second bathroom and the gentleman let us know, they can do the plumbing for that as well.  We'll never use any other company and highly recommend.

He showed up on time with all the right tools and parts. He was very professional and friendly. He also explained everything he was doing before during and after the job. Everything was cleaned up before he left. I was very happy with the job performed and the price.

We had a few hiccups along the way (our project coordinator quit unexpectedly), as I expect most remodel jobs do, but the owner, Keith Dyer, made good on his word to complete the jobs as close to our original schedule as possible.
Bathroom remodel was a complete do over, from side to side and top to bottom.  New drywall, new sub-flooring, outlets, granite sink, tub, shower and toilet, etc.  We also replaced three bedroom windows with the bathroom project. Living room remodel replaces a wall and part of the ceiling, new flooring, new railing, carpet for upstairs hallway, new bedroom doors, trim and painting.  The new living room looks great!  This company is able to adjust quickly implement changes, eg., paint color doesn't look quite right and the railing was a late add-on.
Keith Dyer, owner of Dyer Remodeling, is an honest and straight up guy.  The hiccups were addressed quickly and fixed without hesitation.  I can't recommend Dyer Remodeling enough.  I would use Dyer Remodeling again.

Discovered a natural gas leak in my line outside the home. Gas provider came and fixed the outside line and left items to be corrected in the home before gas would be turned back on, Called Amanda's after researching Angie's list and they gave me a next morning service appointment. Thirty minutes before the appointment, Glen called to let me know he was on his, which I appreciated. He arrived and reviewed the information left by gas provider. Told me that one of the items was for an electrician, which I had not realized. Glen went right to work correcting the items on the list from the gas provider. After each repair he ran a test to ensure no gas leaks. Glen worked until everything was up to code. The representative from the gas provider that came much later in the day to reinstate my gas service commented on what an excellent job was done by the expert I had contacted. Will call Amanda's in the future for any repairs needed.
