    My wife and I purchased and had a bunk bed delivered by them. We purchased the bed on the Sunday prior to delivery. We were assisted by Doug who was very helpful although we arrived at the showroom just before closing.  We arranged to have the 
    bed delivered and assembled on Thursday evening that same week.
         The bed was delivered and assembled on Thursday as promised and we also received a call as we were told within an
    hour prior to the delivery. Doug and an assistant delivered  and assembled the bed without any problems. They did it
    within an hour.  They were careful not to damage any walls as they brought parts in for assembly.
         Our son really likes his bed!!

    William and a younger man came out the day after my initial call to give me an estimate on refinishing and repairing broken leg on my dining room table.  It is an older table, but didn't have sentimental value, so I wanted an estimate to determine whether it was worth it to have work done or to just buy a new table.  I was happy with the $350 estimate, so they took the table and said they'd have it done around the 26th. 
    William called early on the 25th that my table was ready, and delivered it the same afternoon.  It was beautiful!  I told him that I was sooo glad I had decided not to buy a new table, and that I was going to be smiling for the rest of the day.  It is like a completely different piece of furniture.  I will definitely call Eden Finishing the next time I have something I'm thinking about refinishing.  The whole process was so simple, and William was very friendly but professional. 
    The only caveat was that on the first trip they came in two vehicles, and parked one in my neighbor's driveway without telling me.  Since my neighbor is in and out for his work during the day, this prevented him from getting into his drive, and he had to honk repeatedly to get the attention of the younger man who had parked there.  On the return visit they parked on the street and only brought one vehicle.

    What I really liked was their warranty.  Not only did LG give a year warranty; they also added an additional two-year warranty.  That's the reason we chose them over other companies.  They also matched the sale price of another place while having a better warranty.  The workers were very helpful.  They answered questions.  I shopped around, went to a couple places, and came back.

    The person who helped me was Gary. He was very informative about the products and did not make me feel under pressure to make a purchase. I purchased a gas oven that was on sale at the time. My wife was home at the time of delivery. When I got home I realized that the wrong stove was delivered. I got in contact with Gary who checked into it and confirmed that the wrong one was delivered. I had to wait another week to have the correct one delivered. Gary was nice enough to give me a break in the costs as a result. He also sent a cookbook that comprised of the employees recipes.

    Overall the experience was good, despite the fact that I did not purchase a set. The set I was interested in was no longer in stock and because it was the end of the season, it was unavailable. The sales person, did call other store locations to find the set, but no one had it. She also made other recommendations. I did not feel pressured by her sales technique and she was quite attentive.

    UPON ENTERING THE STORE WE WERE GREETED BY A SALESPERSON AND ENCOURAGED TO BEGIN LOOKING ON OUR OWN. AFTER DECIDING WE SEARCHED FOR A SALESPERSON AND FOUND OUT NO ONE COULD/WOULD ASSIST US EXCEPT THE INITIAL SALESPERSON. AFTER WAITING 30+ MINUTES WE ASKED FOR ANOTHER SALESPERSON, BUT NO ONE WOULD HELP US. WE WANTED TO MOVE A CHAIR FROM ONE SECTION OF THE STORE SO WE COULD SEE IF IT MATCHED THE SOFA WE WERE PURCHASING, THEY CALLED A STOCK PERSON TO ASSIST WITH THIS AND STILL WE WAITED. AFTER 1 HOUR I HAD TO LEAVE FOR ANOTHER APPOINTMENT. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE I WAS PREPARED TO PURCHASE ON THAT DAY. FORTUNATELY FOR LEVIN I HAD MADE OTHER PURCHASES THERE AND DECIDED TO GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE. I RETURNED A FEW DAYS LATER- I DECIDED TO GO ON A WEEK DAY THIS TIME, HOPING THE SERVICE WOULD BE BETTER AND IT WAS. WE PURCHASED OUR LIVING ROOM FURNITURE AND ALSO A DRESSER. THEY DELIVERED THE WRONG DRESSER, BUT THE MANAGER CALLED TO APOLOGIZE AND QUICKLY FIXED THE PROBLEM.

    THE SALESMAN WAS VERY GOOD, BUT THE INSTALLERS DID A POOR JOB OF ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION. THEY DID NOT FULLY ASSEMBLE THE STOVE. THEY HOOKED IT UP TO THE GAS AND LEVELED, BUT LEFT ME TO ASSEMBLE. THE SAME CIRCUMSTANCE OCCURRED WITH THE REFRIGERATOR. THE MANUFACTURER TOLD ME THAT IT WAS THE DELIVERY TEAM'S RESPONSIBILITY TO ASSEMBLE THE STOVE. THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE PURCHASED THESE ITEMS AND THERE WERE NO INSTRUCTIONS FOR ASSEMBLING THE STOVE BECAUSE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DONE FOR YOU. FOR THE WASHER I HAD PAID FOR STAINLESS STEEL HOSES, WHICH THEY DID NOT BRING. THEY HAD TO MAKE A SECOND TRIP WITH THOSE.

    VERY QUICK SERVICE. PICKED UP THE PIECE TO BE UPHOLSTERED AND DELIVERED FOR NO CHARGE. TURNAROUND WAS LESS THAN ONE WEEK. MADE GOOD SUGGESTIONS ABOUT HOW THE HEADBOARD SHOULD HAVE BEEN UPHOLSTERED AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGABLE.
