    Thank you for sending Brandon Seiber to me today! He was fantastic. I called Mr. Electric at 12 Noon to replace breakers on an old fuze box and he not only showed up within an hour of my call, but watching him work he flew through it making it look so easy. Afterwards he asked if there was anything else I needed. We inspected my outlets which were so old that wires dangled half-way out of them. He gave me an exceptionally fair price to install new ones. Very knowledgeable he explained everything he was doing as he went. and his work was as good as it was fast. I will be recommending your company and Brandon to all my friends and neighbors. The reason I never updated my outlets was because I was afraid of the cost and your prices were good enough to entice me.

    Overall the job went very well. I noticed a couple of light switches not working at the conclusion of the job. However, I asked about the light switches and immediately the workers went into problem-solving mode. I was told that there must be a sub-panel somewhere in the house, which I did not know where to direct them. No problem! They found the panel and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. Please note: I recently submitted a very negative review on 12/8/17. I am submitting this review as a revision to the previous one. Granted, I had some communications concerns with the owner, but after speaking with him on the phone all misunderstandings were cleared. He has two awesome sons that work in the company that helped to make my experience pleasant.... professional, and quality work completed. Thank you!

    Paid for a service call + 1 hour of labor. After several emails to this company, I finally received a brief service call, but no follow-up regarding the work I was requesting. I emailed this person/company again many times requesting a response; which I have yet to receive, nor have I received 1 hour of labor for the money that I paid already. Very unprofessional!

    They were excellent. I had excellent service. I was satisfied. The price was good. The quality of the work was excellent. They responded immediately. He was right on time. He worked. He was even nice enough, while I ran to the hardware store to get what I didn't have. He did something, and I got something else, he was able to complete that.

    Great! They came out and gave us a free estimate. We scheduled the work for a weekday morning. We were we told it would take all day and possibly an hour the next morning. 4 men showed up at exactly 8 am and finished the job by 4pm the same day! Very polite, punctual and hard workers.

     I had another light panel that need to be fix  at the same time, he said it would cost me around $259.00 to replace the hold panel.

    When I had them come out and look at the furnace which I told them there had been water all in the furnace. I asked them to ask for another furnace they said they couldn't do that cause wasn't nothing wrong with the furnace but the pilot light. So they put in the pilot light cost me $147 and then I wake up in the middle of January the coldest day. I didn't have no heat at all and my whole house was freezing I couldn't believe it. and I called George's up and the man came out and I mean he more or less he told me it was the broad I don't know if he said mother board, some board that's the whole furnace like. So he told me that he didn't carry it. So I said who carries it? He said he didn't know, we don't carry it, I don't have one on my truck and you'll have to call around and find somebody. Now I didn't like it because I probably have used them maybe about 7 or 8 times they're in a location which is close to me. I didn't like his attitude because it was more or less like, he said, well don't blame us. I said but you said there wasn't anything wrong with the furnace and I had asked you to put down that I needed the furnace because there had been water all in the furnace. And so he said "no" and left. So here I am a senior I got to go and start calling different places to find somebody to help me and the thing is it was that he more or less couldn't care less and here I had been a customer which made me feel like a fool.

    Scheduling the appointment was the hardest part of this job.  The owner was unresponsive. It took a long time just to get the appointment scheduled.  The two installers who showed up were nice.  They were clear on the requirements to install the fans, including the need to install special converters to the wiring.  They worked quickly and efficiently ( I did pre-assemble the fans as much as I could to help save time). They were clean.  The job was done well.  I would hire them again.  I would just like the owner to work a little on his customer service skills.

    Mike and I communicated for a while after I purchased my deal.   I didn't have anything urgent so I told him I would contact him in a few months.  When we did connect again, I was able to provide him with my list of small jobs around the house and we scheduled a time for him to come in for the day.  He let me know he would come with the plaster to fix my spot on the bathroom wall. 
    Unfortunately, when the day arrived, I was under the weather, but I had him show up anyway, thinking I could make it through the day with him there.  He was pleasant and went right to work.  Turns out I had an out of code replacement light switch/outlet so he drove me to the hardware store to get the correct items we needed to complete the job.  I appreciated that!  During a recent inspection, I was told some of my outlets were out of code, so I knew he was doing the right thing.
    Because I wasn't feeling so well, I had to boot him out of the house early, but he agreed to come back and finish the few extra hours I had left on my deal at another time.  That was really nice! 
    I was satisfied with Mike's work and I hope to have him back again to do more around my house.  I would definitely recommend him.

    I needed to have the underground cable replaced from my home to the transformer.  The appointment for the estimate was tailored to my work schedule.  The estimator showed up on time.  He was extremely professional both in mannerism and dress. The estimate was very fair for the work required. I would definitely reccommend AC Electric!
