The workers showed up on time, were friendly and extremely professional. They worked steady and did an outstanding job on the clean up. The second day went just as well. The workers were knowledgeable and happy to explain the process. I have recommended Bdry to several of my friends.

    Ash Concrete
Terrible Joe Pauley of Ash Concrete began work at my property on 9/7/2017, and was paid $5000 to replace the garage floor, various cement sections in the driveway, 2 sections of public sidewalk, fix the step going to the side door of the house, and replace the landing going to the front door. Joe completed the garage floor, driveway and tore out the 2 sections of public sidewalk. The last day he was at the property working was 9/13/2017. Since then, he has continually told me he will be at the property and has failed to show up again, other than 10/22/2017 when he was going to prep the landing at the front door to be replaced. At this time he broke the sandstone landing in half and also broke the top step, which was not to be replaced. He claimed that kids must have been jumping on it, but I was at the property until 6:00 pm the night before and everything was fine. So I am left with paying a second contractor $1100 to pull new permits, pour the 2 sidewalk blocks, replace the landing at the front door, fix the step going to the side door and remove debris left in my back yard. I also already paid $200 for the new sandstone step which was broken by Joe. Therefore Joe owes me $1300.

Kevin Glasko and his crew have been excellent! We initially signed them on to do our driveway and build a retainer wall but looking at the quality of their work, work ethic and professionalism, we decided to have them do our landscaping as well. We are extremely satisfied and would gladly recommend Turf World Co to any customer looking for quality and timeliness. The pricing is very reasonable as well. These guys go above and beyond and take great pride in the work they do. Keep it up!!

    Class 1 Pavers & Remodelers
Just remembered what he lied to the court about in my previous review.  He told the court that the part he was trying to charge me for after giving me the quote; after the driveway was finished;  He said said he gave it to me for free and the court made their based off his lie.  As GOD as my witness!

R Greene Concrete Leveling Co Inc
Price was  ok - but I did not contact many companies to compare.  I had used a Greene leveling many years ago and accepted their bid.  The back patio was difficult and the one company I had contacted would not do it -- because they did not drill holes into the concrete.   Greene does use this method.  It is not very discrete method.  However, my situation required us to use this method. A large crack in the cement occurred.  - they do warn you that it may happen in their contract.  But I had never had work like this done so I did not realize what that meant.  The patio was raised but a large crack did occur.  The patch job was so inadequate.  Plastic sealing caulk was used but since the hole was so deep it just fell through.  The crack in the public sidewalk was also poorly done.  We called the company to repair the cracks properly.  An attempt was made by the company   We eventually had another repair person complete it since we were preparing for the point of sale inspection by the city.   The quality of work  -   accepting  adequate instead of performing superior work - was missing.

They arrived on the job as scheduled and actually worked an honest day. Early to arrive and leaving mid afternoon with no mess left behind. Repaving a drive and garage can be a very messy project but Mardan cement kept the work area clean and the surrounding landscape and lawn/ patio etc etc practically untouched. The crew even replaced (re-installed exisiting)  a brick border I use around my herb garden. I'm very impressed.  The finish they use to seal their work glistens in the sun..

Joe and one of his sons moved 3 blocks, cut out the tree roots and replaced them. Looks Great! I should have done it while I still lived there so I could have enjoyed the smooth ride up and down the drive! Joe and his family are hard working FIRST CLASS people! Once I have a buyer for the house, I plan to have Joe back to level the sidewalk as well.

Tri county concrete was the vendor chosen to supply cement to a stamped patio installation.  The cement was delivered mid morning and was already setting when it began to come off the truck.  This was not really noticed until much of the job was completed.  The job turned out awful with streaks pocks divets and many areas that just dried to fast.  There are curbs in this patio that were supposed to be brush finished after the forms were pulled off but the cement had already hardened too much to be able to brush it out.

I really liked him and he called back the next day. He came the day after the initial phone call and gave me an estimate for the work and I will be using him in the future for the work on the driveway.
